Ever since they merged with the new pain management company, they've had problems with me for some reason. They tried to get me off of their service 10 months ago but their reason was a joke and they backed off. Well, they tried it again and told me I had a find another doctor. I asked them for the results of my specimen. I've called the medication line 4 times in the last 3 weeks and left the same message but as of yet, no response. So, what are they hiding? What are they afraid of ? I believe that ever since they new company took over, they wanted me off of their service because of the amount of pain meds they were prescribing to me for 5 years. So they made up this story that one of my meds wasn't in my sample. They told me to find another pain management doctor!! Well, it's not that easy. A new doctor thinks all the reasons I need a new doctor is because of misuse of my meds!! That's not accurate so now I have to go through horrible pain and back to living in my bed!! I've contacted my attorney to look into this nightmare of mine. I'm convinced that the new company wasn't happy with how much pain meds I was having and got worried about themselves so they made up a reason to get rid of me. I asked why didn't I get a call or text to reschedule. Her response, o we don't have time to call everyone. What a dysfunctional company. To allow a patient who is in pain to drive 45 minutes in traffic and be so nonchalant about it. They claim to care, but that is not care. He has an obvious personality disorder and feels the need to talk " down to you". I'm very capable of standing up for myself and refuting false claims against myself. His obvious Napoleon complex is shown when he talks fast with his head down pretending to be looking at computer. During my last visit he made false accusations, his paperwork was inaccurate and I calmly engaged in conversation stating facts. All of that being said initially, patient are given a grace period being called at 9:03 to cancel appointment at 9 AM for late arrival for a new patient who has already E checked in and completed all paperwork prior to coming and having all of my patient records forwarded prior to my appointment, which I waited two months for is insane. This doctor has unrealistic expectations, which explains why the lobby was completely empty on a Monday morning. I'll never come back to this office and I have no desire to. This doctor does not understand pain and has no care for the patient and for that reason I'm happy that she showed exactly who she was from the very start. If you're having serious pain and looking for a doctor look elsewhere. I would leave zero stars if I could.
