Like used car salesmen, they then pretended to call their boss to get me a discounted rate. I'm immune suppressed and gave them masks to wear. One dude just put it under his nose. I said if they were to do the job, he'd have to wear the mask properly. He comes back in with the mask both upside down and inside out and offers me a discounted diagnostic of $250 for a job I was pretty sure was just cleaning out the P-trap. He started talking about cable cameras into drain lines. Given his lack of understanding of the quirks of old home plus his total disregard for my health (and his general MAGA attitude and t-shirt symbolism), I declined. After talking to Trenchless; I received an email confirmation for an appointment on the same day (Saturday) which was within a few hours. I later received another email of a name (Joseph Johnson) and picture of the technician to arrive. I did receive a call asking if the tech could arrive earlier since he most likely finished his previous appointment and I accepted. Joseph arrived and we discussed the problem. I previously tried to resolve the sewer clog but was unsuccessful. I already had pulled the toilet so it was easy for him to start his rooter/snake machine and he was able to unclog the sewer line easily within an hour or less. Joseph was very nice and professional and cares about his customers and the service he provides. We chatted briefly and thanked him for the great work. I did ask him if they could camera the line so I can find the cleanout right in the front of the house (not near sidewalk) and he scheduled someone to come over on Monday.
