Adam did a great job on the landscaping at our Suncadia home. The design is beautiful. His crew worked hard and were very nice.

We hired Adam to install a 30-35' sport court. The area to work in was not measured accurately so the project ended up being more than 15% smaller than what the contract called for. Adam lost his temper with me when i wanted to discuss the price. Called me all sorts of names and told me I needed to go to church and threatened to write fake negative reviews about my own business. This was after he failed to call before digging at my house and he pulled up the comcast line knocking out internet to 100+ of my neighbors. Just completely unprofessional, unserious person that should be avoid at all cost. read more

SEATTLE: I was very happy with the stone terraces Adam's team built in my backyard some years ago, so I hired them to help me re-landscape my front yard. I had a lot of ideas but no plans; Adam and his staff worked with me to construct a pathway, stairs and flower beds, tear out an old patio and install concrete bricks, bring in landscaping rocks, and good soil, and plants. Also replaced a front fence. Adam is very good about communicating upfront what things will cost, and what he thinks will work and won't work. He was willing to discuss back and forth what I wanted and what could be done. His team was very nice, hard-working and knowledgeable. Everyone was very flexible and, when I hadn't been clear on something, they were willing to redo it. I was very picky about the plants I wanted, so Adam took me to the wholesale nursery with him so I could find exactly what I wanted. The work was done quickly and as promised! read more

We found Adam extremely difficult to work with. We were compelled to work with him based on a recommendation from Marenakos, a local stone distributor as well as his response to our RFP, which was timely and at first glance reasonably priced based on project expectations. He increased the project cost throughout, failed to deliver on time or within budget. The project was significant in terms of size, scope, variety of needs and $. He lacks the interpersonal skills to make it a pleasant experience. He uses the cheapest materials available and in numerous areas did not deliver the agreed upon materials. We had multiple staff leave the job in the middle of the project due to reported disagreements behind the scenes. He shows up to give his staff limited direction (all of whom dislike him) and to pick up the check, asking for a disproportionate amount upfront. To this day we have open issues that he is unwilling to address and like an earlier review our flower beds are a disaster, no shaping, limited topsoil and no mulch. Would not wish this experience on anyone. read more

Adam is hard to work with, uses the cheapest materials available, and takes shortcuts at every opportunity. We discussed his design which was nice and agreed on upon the materials, however, once the work was done he did not put down more than 2 inches of topsoil or more than a dusting of mulch in the planting beds. Of the 15 trees he planted 10 of them died within months. He just wanted to let them die and replace the next year. I eventually took him to court and we mediated a settlement where all the details were clearly specified and he again tried to short me on soil and mulch. When I challenged him on the missing material he got in my face and his father had to step in. Stay away from Adam at all costs. read more

Adam and his team created my favourite display garden at the recent Northwest Flower & Garden show. Beautiful use of materials, design and scale. I came back to it over and over again. It evoked such a sense of peace with rock, water, and trees. I've never had work done by Adam, but this display really brought out the best in nature. read more

We had Adam and his crew put a flagstone patio in our backyard where nothing grows except moss October 2016. They incorporated flagstone steps and stepping stones with plantings and it turned out beautifully. Adam is easy to work with and has great ideas taking into consideration our wants and needs, namely privacy and easy care. His crew is hardworking and efficient and finished off the project in a timely manner. We highly recommend Adam and will certainly use his services if needed in the future. read more

The owner of this business presented himself very well and was a presenter at the Seattle Flower and Garden Show. He said he graduated from Cornell with a degree in landscape architecture. References were provided. One was favorable and one was cautionary. We agreed on the work to be done based on approval from my Homeowners' Association. There were a lot of changes to the original plan so I asked several times for an estimate of costs. He was never "able" to provide this. Once begun the work was done in three days. At the end of the third day Adam Gorski insisted on payment immediately. I was not prepared for that. I explained to him that he would have to wait since I needed to transfer monies and I asked again for a detailed bill before I could pay him. He sent a very unprofessional email "list" that was excessively inflated and added incorrectly and his measurements for sod were over by one-third. I had already taken it upon myself to get estimates for comparable work from individual well-qualified professionals. Their highest estimates were not even close to Adam Gorski's emailed list. Also, one of the concrete patios was not finished properly and will have to be replaced since it is severely uneven in multiple places and chipped around the edges. Adam's behavior when he came to pick up the check was confrontational and aggressive. He further did a melt down to calling me names and making threats. It was a very tense and scary situation. He returned twice more that same day to stomp around my home and create quite a loud fuss. He presents himself as a professional with assurances that he can handle sprinkler systems and concrete patios but in truth, he cannot. I can in no way recommend this company for scope of work or professionalism. read more

I used Adam and his team of very talented people to help me create an outside space at my home in Green Lake last summer. We had a very narrow side yard to work with and Adam did an amazing job. This was a full on project of excavating, laying pavers, lighting, irrigation, new plants, etc. He was very creative in the landscape design and personally took me to the nursery and wholesale pottery company to hand pick all items. Patio turned out beautiful, people are amazed we did so much with such little space. Following the installation we had an issue with a few of the trees and a possible fungus problem - he got to the problem right way including consulting the UW Master Gardeners Association to specifically address my questions as this was a unique fungus that he had not seen before.
