I went to Adam's Bistro on Friday, February 6, 2026 and found it to be a 5 star experience. The atmosphere is casual and you can go I. Jeans or you can go after work. They have a great menu and wine list. I ordered the Chicken Piccata and garden salad and can say were exceptional. Chris, our waiter, was friendly and attentive. I order buffalo chicken all the time and like them spicy. However, these must have been loaded with jalapeño because they were inedible. I nicely told the waitress as she saw I wasn't eating. All she said several times was "we make our own buffalo sauce" She didn't offer me something else or take it off the bill. My mouth was burning so badly that I couldn't even eat the other food on my plate. It almost felt like some kind of prank. If a customer doesn't like their food, acknowledge it and try to rectify the situation. Very bad service abc business practice. read more

I came to Greenville for work and wanted to try a local eatery. Man did I choose the right place! My Ceasar salad was awesome my entree blackened chicken Alfred was amazing. Our waiter Mardon (I know that name is not accurate but it's close.) was patient with us while we perused the lengthy menu. When I asked what he recommended he proceeded to walk us throughout the entire menu without ever looking at it. He was knowledgeable, patient attentive and had a sense of humor. Food was so good and fresh! Bacon, egg, & cheese burger was delicious! It was a thick patty so I couldn't eat it all in one sitting, but it was juicy throughout and had a nice grilled flavor. Cooked exactly the way I ordered it! The chicken fajita potato skins were amazing! The potato was crispy and the sauce had a little spice to it. My 2 y/o nephew loved them. (I have a picture of him giving a thumbs up haha) It could honestly be an entree itself. Chicken tenders were tasty. Roasted chicken and pork chop were both full of flavor and not dry at all. Service was good, especially one lady (I believe may be one of the Adams family members). She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Tonight my family and I ate at Adam's Bistro for the first time. I was very disappointed in the service. We ordered a sweat tea and it wasn't up to par so we asked to replace it with a Diet Coke. Our server could have simply said that we would be charged for both but she didn't. We found out when the bill was delivered to the table. When I inquired about it she told me that her manager stated that we had to pay for both when the unconsumed tea was sitting on the table. We never drank it. This is a 4 dollar drink. This was bit much so we didn't leave a tip as we honored their request and paid for both drinks. The manager then rudely came out and began to speak to us like children demanding that we tip his server. We attempted to explain the situation but he refused to listen and told us not to return to his restaurant. (Very unprofessional). If you eat at this restaurant please be sure to ask questions and pay attention to your bill. And I'm hopeful that you don't get the rude manager that attempts to be bully and thinks he tells you what you can afford. He clearly doesn't understand that we live in an economy where people can't afford to be over charged and top. Adams Bistro needs to take a few lessons in customer service. You take care of us and we will certainly take care of you. read more

Walked in and asked for a table for two, the girl at the hostess area just looked at us. Then another woman approached and seated us at a scrunched table shoved in between the hostess stand and the menu table and bus table. When we asked to be moved it was quite an inconvenience. Went to Adam's to celebrate my friends 50th anniversary. His wife died last year and it was always a special place for them and us. Food is incredible regardless of what you like. My friend had shrimp, my wife had salmon salad and I had lasagna. All were well prepared and well served. It's not a huge place so seating is close. Amazingly the noise level is good. Service is always great and beverages are constantly being refilled. This is a great place and has great memories. Very much worth a visit. read more

As other reviews have noted, this place has quite an extensive menu. It's the perfect place if you can't quite figure out what you want because they have a little bit of everything on the menu. I opted for the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was by far one of the best I've had. It was the right amount of spice and loaded with blue cheese. I don't spare expense on my meals but today when I was denied an extra slice of lemon for my tea... unless I paid for it; I was totally turned off. I have eaten all over this city and the world. The chicken looked so completely unappetizing that my husband wouldn't even taste it. I ate some of it, because I detest wasting money, and we were traveling, with no more time to stop at another place. There wasn't much pesto flavor, and the salad was basically a Greek salad with this "pesto chicken" thrown on. The food was SO GOOD that I did a fat kid dance, which broke the clasp on my halter top! Of course, I was seated at the entrance of restaurant and already flashed the entire restaurant.
