I have to say without a doubt the Professional Garage is the proper name for this shop. The Owner and Employees stand behind their work absolutely. If you have any issues at all or just have basic upkeep and maintenance needs on a vehicle bring your vehicle to this shop. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't. I live in Wisconsin had my vehicle repaired at the garage. Had another issue with my vehicle the owner drove to my home to resolve the new issue. 22 miles into a 600 mile trip home, all the electrics on my van went and my engine died. Total catastrophe - stuck on the margin of the busy highway in an area I had never been to. The Professional Garage was on a list my son pulled up on his phone and thank goodness he did. They helped arrange a tow very quickly and started work on my vehicle immediatly. The first part that was delivered to them from a supplier was a dud - absolutely beyond their control, by that time it was closing time and one of the mechanics went to get a replacement part on his own time. It was a complex repair, and close to closing time next day it was fixed and one of the mechanics offered to drive it to where I was staying. I said I would pick it up in the morning and they then offered to open early so I could leave for home in good time. The cost of repairs was VERY fair and correct. I could have been charged the earth seeing as I was stuck so far from home. I am so grateful to them - it is great to know there are still reliable, ethical and very professional shops in existence. My only regret is they are not in my home town so I could bring all my vehicles to them as needed. Thank you again Professional Garage! read more

I had to find and purchase a safe and reliable used car in two days. I found one and then wanted to get it checked out by a reliable mechanic. I called 15 shops who were too busy to take me. Then I found Professional. I got a same day appointment, they checked out all the systems, and told me what would need attention. They also provided an online checklist of everything they checked which I was able to use to initiate my insurance policy. So where do I begin, First I had my vehicle towed there October 1, 2017, I was told it would be a few days before the mechanic would get a look at my vehicle for a diagnosis because of their workload. So I waited to hear back from them, 1 week goes by and I had not gotten word back related to an inspection on my vehicle, so I reached out and called the garage, I spoke to the mechanic, and he assured me that he would get a look at my car in next day or so, again I waited a few more days, and still had not heard back from the garage. I again called them to see if any progress had been made relating to the diagnosis of my vehicle, again speaking to the mechanic he states that "No, haven't gotten around to looking at it, but I will get a look at it the next week." So if your staying tuned to this report, this would mean that my car has been in their parking lot over (2) weeks and not a single paid employee of this establishment has taken the time to inspect my vehicle. Week 3 arrives and after some back and forth conversations with the garage's counter sales staffer he assures me that I will a have diagnosis soon. I receive a message October 19th that the battery on the car is dead and either they can provide one (for an outrages amount) or I can bring a battery in and have them install it. Again I want to remind the readers that installing a battery is only going to get power to the car, the vehicle still needs to have an inspection/diagnosis completed. So I drop off a battery the next day, I receive a call 5pm Friday October 20th stating the vehicle was in need of fuel pump. I decide to bring in the fuel pump and drop it off, I find that it is a special order pump and I need a few days for shipping, however I'm still able to drop off the pump to the shop by Wed. October 25th. Week (5) October 30th arrives and I receive word that my pump is being installed however there some broken brake lines, funny thing is that I didn't expirence any brake issues before I brought it there, and so I ask the counter sales staffer to call me with an estimate on brake line repair before they start that repair. Once again I did not hear back from the shop with any sort of estimate on brake repair. So next morning I call the garage again to check the status of the vehicle, I now speak to the owner (Tom Zaspel) he tells me that vehicle is almost done and that brake line repair is just about done, I don't recall approving the brake repair, they repaired the brake line for parts cost. I picked up my vehicle November 3rd 2017 it again runs and the brakes continue to work. With this experience I personally would have to give 2 big thumbs down for this business, based on lack of consideration for customers time and a lack communication. No I would not return or refer anyone to this garage, STAY AWAY if you need your repairs done in a timely manner. ***Update***As of todays date 11-25-2017 my vehicle is again at a repair facility having brake line work redone originally charged by the "Professional Garage". I'm very disappointed in the shoddy workmanship provided by this so called professional garage. I hope this review is helpful. read more

First off I want to say thank you for everything. My car broke down today on on New Years Eve I called at 10:30 and before noon my car was picked up (They even called the towing company and saved me at least $10.00) The car issue was diagnosed and they called with cost of repairs that I felt was appropriate.
