I can't speak to their general plumbing services, and can affirm that they were prompt and their technician was friendly, but I was quoted a price $3000 higher than a competitor of theirs for a relatively simple install. I did not seek out Adeedo, but was assigned them through another company I contacted on Yelp. Won't do that again, and had I read their reviews, I would've stayed away. read more

Kudos to Min for exceptional, high quality service fixing a tankless water heater problem. He is THE expert in tankless systems--he quickly pinpointed the root cause of the problem, which turned out to be a bad cartridge in one of our showers rather than a tankless system which we thought was the problem. For the second time in as many months Adeedo really helped us out; quickly and efficiently. Last month, our 20 year old water heater finally gave out on us. Adeedo did a great job installing a new tankless model for us. Just last week, the worst happened! A pipe that was original to our 1950s home burst. It was a mess. Efren F. from Adeedo arrived in record time and was able to offer a quick fix until his team was able to undertake the more extensive project of replacing the pipe the next day. I'm giving a two because they sent somebody out right away according to my schedule, the tech was friendly, and I was not charged for the service call, which was regarding a leaking water heater. The tech looked stumped about the size of the water heater, which is 75 gallons, and expressed that it was a pretty big deal to change out. He discussed with me how complicated it was of a job and then, like a car salesman, went to his van for a private conversation with a supervisor, coming back with an unwritten quote of $10,000! My other bids were about $4000 on the high side and even lower. Nobody felt it was a complicated job at all. I was already leery of this company as, when I made the appointment, they offered me a free main sewer line inspection, which has nothing to do with the issue at hand, and which just seemed like a way to dig up more business. read more

I have found my new plumber! I needed a new faucet installed in my bathroom and my toilet was leaking. Min (Minhas Ukani) came out and immediately determined the problem with the toilet and ordered the part that was needed. He also installed a new faucet that works perfectly----I purchased 4 different faucets from Home Depot and he said that 3 of the 4 were not a quality brand and he said that I should return them because the 4th faucet was one that should last with no problems. Min was honest, professional, courteous and communicated well what he was doing and when he would be back to install the part he needed to order. I didn't pay anything until the entire job was done. I have used Addeedo for all my plumbing needs for several years--and recently noticed a concerning pattern that they always seem to find a larger, more expensive project than the one I called them in for. They recently tried to sell me on a $12K project by claiming they observed an underground leak with an infrared camera. However, two other plumbers assured me that there was no underground leak and that the infrared photo was misleading. The problem I called them for was repaired by another company for $500 in less than an hour. I suggest always getting a 2nd opinion on an Adeedo recommendation! read more

Let's start with the 800 service number. They are excellent and give fabulous service. I think this is part of the scam. Customer service was also quick to offer me 10% off. Ok app set and Alex Dinis shows up. Super clean very nice guy. Looks at the drain, sticks his snake in for 10 seconds. Then sticks it in again for 20 seconds and says, nope can't do it we need to move the toilet put a camera in there. So we will come back tomorrow. So far no charge. First call was supposed to be like $80 bucks. Then he gives me an estimate for the return visit of $211 for toilet removal, camera and snake. So next day, Alex and another guy come back. Remove the toilet. He sticks the camera down the toilet no more than 18-24" and says drain is broken I can't snake it. Need to break the concrete and get under to fix drain. He didn't even show me the camera until I asked. When I looked you can absolutely see nothing, so I doubted he even saw anything. I said snake it and I won't hold you responsible if the drain is broken. Willing to sign paperwork, or call your manager, I won't hold you responsible. He went out to possibly call, not sure what happened. Came back and packed his stuff. That was it. They left. I told Alex I will send him a picture once I unclog the issue. Got my own snake put it down the toilet twice and problem solved. Be cautious of these type of bait and switch tactics. read more

I have an unusual toilet with a reservoir that's in wall, a Geberit. I had several plumbers come over to look at it and none of them knew what to do. Min came over and knew exactly how the toilet worked. He had worked on them before, and he solved the problem in just a few minutes. I was without a toilet for several months in that bathroom and he fixed the problem in moments. I can't recommend Min highly enough if you need a plumber, I suggest calling Adeedoo. I've been using them for years and they never stop until they get the job done. They're also very generous with their time. If they don't fix the problem, they don't charge you. If I could give a lower rating I would. This company is a rip off company. I received a quote which was $6,500.00 for a easy install which is in a laundry room, first level and entry from the garage of a 50 gal gas water heater. This company is nuts! I had a different well known company ( if you want to know, check out my other review, ) and it was almost 2/3 cheaper! My kitchen faucet stopped working suddenly and Adeedo was able to send Min out to take out the old fixture and replace it with a new one. Min was very friendly and did an efficient job- he even took care of the old broken fixtures for me. We've primarily used them for drain clearing or clogged toilets in the past but I would highly recommend them for any and all jobs in the future. read more

I had a slow drain issue with my washing machine drain pipe. Called Adeedo and they arranged a technician to make the house call in a couple of hours. Their dispatcher was very nice and thorough. A shout out to Adeedo technician, Richard Rivera!! He did all the inspections, ran his machines for the clogging issue. Ran the water hoses down the drain with full water pressure. No clog and no back up at all Offered up camera, all at no charge to me. Basically a courtesy call from a good human and a great company. I 100% recommend Richard Rivera and his team. read more

As part of our regular service schedule, he came and patiently checked each of our fixtures, giving advice on problems that may arise down the road. We have some pretty "hard" water and we're starting to see some sediment accumulation. Joseph cleaned out the hose leading to a bathroom faucet​ where, due to sediment, the water flow had reduced to a dribble. Be careful if you are a single woman or anyone who they suspect they can bamboozle. I called them for a very simple job, fixing a kitchen faucet. Next thing I know a second plumber shows up in a different van, tells me my pipes are rusty, it will cost 8000 and it has to be done right away and they can start tomorrow morning. As if I would drop 8K without getting other opinions. The other opinions were clear - Adeedo was trying to scam me. Learn to do your own plumbing jobs. We had Adeedo come to the house for a check up as a part of a maintenance package we HAD (cancelled as of today) with JW Plumbing, Heating and Air. The rep told us that we had a gas leak and we'd need to fully replace parts and that we'd also need to install a seismic shut off valve. As soon as he told us this, we suddenly smelled gas that we'd never smelled before. We were nervous. Overall, we were quoted $3,700 and told it was "a deal that his boss approved." Again, we were nervous, because it's a gas leak, but just to be sure, we had a guy come by that was recommended by a neighbor, to give us a second opinion. He tightened one nut and the very, very minor gas leak was fixed. He is installing the seismic valve (which we don't need, but is good to have for safety purposes) for a few hundred dollars. So instead of paying $3,700, we're paying a couple hundred bucks. This predatory, fear-based sales technique is offensive. I've spent my whole day dealing with this now. Again, never smelled the gas until today. read more

Never have I experienced better service from a technician/contractor. Our plumber Maffryn was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about all things plumbing. He was quickly able to diagnose the situation and fix it. Saved us a lot of trouble and headache, and we are able to water our plants. Not only was the workmanship great, I could really see Maffryn enjoyed his work, and enjoyed sharing his knowledge about what he was doing. During Father's Day weekend, We needed help with leak detection and pipe repair from the pipe burst for our business. I contacted Carl from Arredondo, and he was super helpful with narrowing down what services I need, and was able to send out plumber on time immediately. Not only the price he presented me was reasonable, but he made sure the document all the leak, pictures, make sure I understand every steps of the services and the scope of work is needed to fix the issue. My shower was dribbling water even when shut off -- a sign that the needle valves in the supply lines were worn out and needed to be replaced. A simple operation. Adeedo sent a man out (I wish I'd gotten his name) to take a look at it. I explained the problem and told him what I needed done. He took one look at me, a youngish homeowner, and clearly decided I was an easy mark. He said no, actually everything behind the wall needed to be cut out and replaced. Remodeling job, the works. Would cost about $3500 -- after he called the company and got me the special deal, of course. Because he wanted to help me out, you see. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I questioned him about why all that was necessary, when it was pretty clearly just worn valves. He couldn't give me a satisfactory explanation, because he was making it all up to try to charge me for a big job. I said thanks and I'll think about it, and saw him out. Then I contacted another plumbing service and gave them the same information. They asked for a picture of the shower for reference, and immediately identified from that the type of standard valves that were being used. They bought a pair for like $50 and swapped them out in a jiffy, and fixed the problem like I asked, for a reasonable price. The difference couldn't have been more night and day. I assume Adeedo has many employees, and they're surely not all like this -- at least, I really hope they're not. But my experience doing business with them was nothing short of an attempted con, and I figured I should share that data point. Your mileage may vary. read more
