So, my experience is a little strange in that I was not the one to initiate the conversation with Adeedo. In fact, I received what I initially thought was a random text inquiring if I was interested in a main line cleaning along with AC and Water Heater tuneup. As a matter of fact, I was thinking about the AC and Water Heater because the entire family has been home throughout the day due to COVID. I let the person know I was interested to learn more and as it turned out they were from Fisher Plumbing. I had experience with them before so once I heard about the offer I was ready to sign up. I signed up for the AC and Water Heater tune up as well as, the main sewer line cleaning. This guy was trying to get my 90 yo mother to replace not only her heater, but her AC unit. Almost $19,000!!! Because since we're doing the heater we might as well replace the (perfectly fine) AC too. Right? Wrong. A $60 sump pump needed to be replaced. That's it. This guy returned to her house at 6pm. For what reason I don't know. She told him her daughter was furious about the cost and he left without leaving any paperwork. When I spoke to him the next morning I told him to send me the quote/information and to cancel. He was trying to tell me he had asked her if she was able to make financial decisions. BS No person in the service industry ever does that. Apparently, before he emailed the quote to me he revised it with him asking about the financial decisions, then he had to forge my mom's signature and initials on the altered document. Luckily the cc she gave him for a $1,000 deposit had been canceled several months ago. What a horrible company. These people are the BEST! We had been having problems with clogged drain and had got an outside quote of 500 dollars saying that we had a bunch of stuff wrong with our pipes. We said HECK naw!!! So we called Adeedo and they said they can unclog our drain the same day and let us know if there's anything else additional we need to do. We were in the middle of a major home project when we noticed a strange smell coming from the bathrooms and even stranger noises coming from the toilets. We soon realized that our entire sewer system was backed up and pouring gas back up into our house. In less than an hour we had Adeedo's plumbers at our place diagnosing the issue with a sewer line camera and explaining exactly what was wrong. Efren, John, Rafa, and Joseph worked very quickly to show us the exact source of the backup and the seriousness of the crack in our main sewer pipe. They explained everything clearly and without any kind of upselling gave us a competitive. It was a no-brainer to go with them and have them replace our entire sewer line. One of the guys (Joseph, I think) had to dig for hours under our house in a tiny, dark crawlspace just to trench our old sewer line. Amazing work! They got us up and running by the same night and finished the replacement the next day in a couple of hours. We barely even had to wait to use the water and bathrooms again and the quality of their work was incredible. They added a new cleanout and upgraded our pipes to latest modern ABS materials and were a pleasure to work with to boot. Be very careful in dealing with this company. Make sure you get everything in writing. I experienced billing issues when the work was initially done and a substantial discount was applied at my request. I thought the bill was paid in full. Seven months later, they contacted me and said I owed $8,000 and that a lien was being placed on my house. That was completely false. I did owe a much smaller amount, although another discount was applied because of the confusion in billing caused by Addedo and the unprofessional conduct by their accounting department. Two gentlemen came to my home to fix a wobbly toilet. One man went under the house (or did he as he was a big boy). He said that there was evidence of water damage and corroded pipes. With a solemn and sad delivery, he said "I'm so sorry to tell you this but there is major damage to the pipes under the house." With expected dismay I responded, " oh no! Can you give me an estimate?" With dramatic flair he responded, "$2600 but let me call my boss and get you a better deal..." and he came back with $2400. He said 'it was a very hard job and it would take 6 hours". They were very experienced actors and played their parts to perfection. I told them that I always get a second or third estimate. Bottom line and word to the wise.....stay far away from Adeedo. JC Rooter came shortly after they left The toilet was rebolted to the floor and the bath tub caulked for $340. Adeedo technician Julio Vasquez did a geeat job helping me with replacing a broken screw cap on my plumbing drain clean out that broke off. A portion of the screw cap had come off and the rest of it was jammed in. Julio was able to go ahead and remove the remainder of the cap that was stuck and provide me with a new cap. He gave us recommendations as to the work to be done. Watch out for these guys making your stopped drain into something much bigger. We had the same scenario as another reviewer that we needed"digging" under our house to replace pipes etc and the cost would be in the $7,600 range. Our pipes are not buried under ground...
