Super Fast, I think I came in at the right time. (10am on a Monday, basically everything is empty) Nice people, had good conversation and took care of me quickly. The only issue I had was I asked them the price. Before hand they told me 50 flat, after they switched it to 60 flat. Now I don't mind paying 60$ for how painless the service was but as a businessman myself I prefer to do business with honest people. I don't know what the point of lying about 10 dollars was, or if they raised it because they thought I had more money. Even with how well everything was handled I left with a bad taste in my mouth over something miniscule. Terrible service would rate zero if possible . Bought my car to fix because it wouldn't turn on and bought the parts I need to replace it , turns out they couldn't get the car to start and they were extremely rude both Juan and adelino complaining with a huge attitude. I took my car somewhere else and and it turns they didn't even put the parts on !! They pocketed the parts and charged me 200$ all while complaining about the work and on top of that they cracked the side valve cover make it leak oil and broke my starter Motor because I personally saw Juan hitting with a stick . Adelino is a nice guy, just had a really bad issue . I took my 95 4runner there for a power steering pump replacement. I go to pick it up and all of a sudden my truck is throwing out 4 different OBD engine codes. Its starting but will not drive. The person working on it broke the battery terminal and didnt replace it until i told them to. There was an egr wire removed i had to ask them to fix that. Never had it do that. I had to leave it in the parking lot for 2 days and get there in saturday and the property owner is there making sure im not working on my vehicle . Now im without my work truck until i can figure this out. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I took in my 96 Honda Accord to get the water pump replaced. They told me (over the phone) it would be $175 for parts AND labor. I questioned him and asked again, "parts and labor?" He said yes. I take my car in and he says $175 is labor only! He then told me it would be roughly $250 for both, parts and labor. I call him for an update and he says he can't get a bolt off. Uhm, what!? Avoid the hassle and take your car to a more reliable mechanic! read more

Reported the earlier incident to the California Bureau of Automobile Repair and received a refund from the owner, "Adel". Subsequently learned Adel had an employee working at the shop who had been engaging in dishonest practices. Spoke with Adel today, he seemed genuinely sorry and expressed he had until recently been unaware of this former employee's behavior which reportedly included theft from the business. read more

Adelino's is one of the best I have found for getting my vehicles smogged (cars, truck and RV). They do it fast and is always a pleasure when I roll in. He has been in riverside for years and I like supporting the local guys. Bring your car here for good service. Not much of a waiting area, but what smog place have a de don't waiting area. I took my car to get services for the prama wires (a connector that makes the speedometer work ) fixed , they lied to me about how they didn't know how much it was gonna cost to install a damn quick release clip, and to top it off they only accept cash what kind of crook ass place excepts cash only, then I service mechanic should have a set rate as to how much an hour they charge and this place couldn't tell me , they kept telling me to get the clip first then give it to them then they would tell me how much it was gonna cost me for the labor and installation. read more

Super nice guys and helpful but I think I just handed off to the wrong guy/hired help. Came in for an oil change but my car battery died in the parking lot. They charged my battery for free and then gave me the oil change in good timing. However when I got home I realized that they hadn't talked off my coolant fluid or anything else which I feel is pretty standard to get done. Also while ringing me up the man did not know how to control the credit card reader so he was just looking at me waiting. I had to enter in my own price and go through the process myself. I have had my car serviced at Adelino's Auto Clinic twice, and will not be returning for a third time. So much for giving the benefit of the doubt. I was lied to about their credit card machine being down, which they then insisted on me paying in cash, and lied to about a specific [minor] part that "ONLY" Adelino knew how to install, until I arrived 6 1/2 hours later to pick it up, basically to micro-manage them, only to find that after waiting there for 20 minutes, and walking up to tell them to finish what they are doing, because I need my car back (I live in Laguna Hills/work in Riverside) they had installed the part themselves, without him. They also kept the car longer than I anticipated, or needed, without calling me for an update, or price. They quoted me over $250.00 as I was already waiting impatiently, again, in cash. Low and behold, when I told them I would NOT go to the bank, or the ATM across the street, their credit card machine worked... on first attempt. I told them I would pay this one time, but I will never come back. Nor would I recommend them to anyone. Two days later, on my way to work, the same problem occurred in my car. Now, I have to take my car to another auto mechanic. I called the credit card company and disputed that transaction. They are inconsiderate of one's time, and inconsistent in quality work.
