Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The chicken wings, in particular, were a letdown. They lacked any crunch, and the skin was soggy and slid right off. For the price, I expect a much better-prepared wing--a proper fry to get them crispy before tossing in the sauce would make a world of difference. The pricing overall feels quite high, especially considering the counter-service model. It's frustrating to pay premium prices for a meal where you have to order at the counter. On top of that, the nickel-and-diming for extra ranch is annoying, especially when the quality of the ranch itself was inconsistent in both thickness and taste. To top it off, the service was lackluster; the bartender didn't seem very welcoming and gave the impression that they were doing the bare minimum. It's hard to justify these prices when the quality of the food and the level of service simply aren't there. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. They also got rid of the British shop.
