Male employee working Friday night on 6/10 with the long hair needs some training on how to treat customers with respect. I love coming to this store! I've been here about 3 times since it's opened and the customer service is above and beyond. Today was a very busy day due to a sale that the store was having and I was helped by Anthony. I was buying a couple of things for fathers day and he helped me pick out a couple of things for my dad which my dad ended up loving by the way. He took me the register and the cashiers, Sandra & Manny were so nice. They asked me if I was helped and how my day was going, basically vented my whole day and listned-haha. Hands down, my favorite adidas store! I've visited plenty adidas locations and this store by far has the best customer service. I've never gone in and have someone not greet me! I visited this store this past weekend just to browse and it just so happened that the alpha edge 4D was released that day! I was a little iffy about them at first but decided to try them on since my bf was trying on a pair. Antonio was the one helping us out and he's always so helpful whenever we visit the store. ok back to the 4D, this shoe is super comfy and looks so good on feet. My bf and i couldn't pass them up so we both got a pair. Also copped a pair of white Pharrell's that someone returned. Antonio helped us with the transaction and made sure everything ran smooth from start to finish! Shout out to Antonio and the rest of the adidas crew!!! My uncle, who barely speaks English, came to this store to buy a pair of Ultra Boosts. Whoever that helped him out apparently mentioned a sale for the woman's pair, gave him the woman's pair to try out and didn't even tell him that he was trying on a woman's pair and allowed him to purchase it. He mentioned to me afterwards that it was quite uncomfortable and tight, but he thought that was the design and that it may eventually loosen up. Plus he really was excited about getting a pair. When he sent me a photo of the shoes and the box, I realized that it was a woman's pair and told him to go return/exchange it. Unfortunately, he had already removed the tag, but only tried it on once at home. When he went to the store with my other aunt, the manager Vivian refused to issue a refund/exchange saying that the shoes are worn. She told them to call customer service. I called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything about it since it's not an online purchase which is ridiculous to me. So I called the store directly and a worker named Calvin (maybe Kelvin) helped me. He said he spoke to his manager (turns out it's Vivian) and he said it's okay to return/exchange without the tag as long as it's unworn. I told him my uncle only tried it on once again at home before I told him he bought a woman's shoes and that he should return it. Calvin said that's okay and told us we should come with the receipt. I told my aunt and uncle this and when they got to the store, they were told no again. I spoke to Vivian and she kept accusing my uncle of wearing it even though he only tried it on once. The shoes still look brand new and she kept saying how is she supposed to re-sell it if it's worn. I told her I didn't appreciate the fact that a worker took advantage of the fact that my uncle barely speaks English and sold him a woman's pair to make a quick sale. Clearly, my uncle should've been informed as he was trying on a woman's pair, but he wasn't and she even acknowledged the fault in this but kept insisting that it was worn. I refused to back down until I got my uncle the exchange/refund. She didn't want to talk to me anymore on the phone. After a few minutes of chatting with my aunt and uncle in person, she allowed us to exchange for a men's pair (not on sale, $60 more expensive) but it's a final sale (no refunds or exchange). Like what kind of bullshit is that? Final sale? Are you kidding me? Where on paper does it say our purchase will be a final sale?? They weren't even willing to give us store discount. It was 10-15 minutes before store closing and we didn't give up. They finally made the sale NON-final which it should've been in the first place. I asked my aunt to get Vivian's first and last name, however, she refused to give her last name. Ha. I've never seen such terrible customer service, lies, and deceptiveness in my life before. If I could rate this place below 1 star, I definitely would. My aunt and uncle are not native English speakers so I felt bad for them to have to put up with this bullshit. I wish I could've been there in person to talk to Vivian rather than over the phone. read more

Rude customer service. Trying to return pair of shoes. Cannot return even provides the labels on the original box. Their excuse of not having a printed receipt was to save the planet. For a pair of $186 shoes you cannot print a receipt?! I have process return in other adidas stores prior to this. Friday night ( 8/19/16) I came to the store to buy a present for my boyfriend. A worker, Jessica, recommended some pureboost, which my boyfriend loved! When I was ready to complete my purchase, Sandra was super sweet and friendly, we talked about makeup and it made me feel really welcomed. Best experience I've had by far. Damnn I'm not sure how they managed it but they had the ultraboosts CNY 4.0 at this location. When i tried buying it the week earlier online it sold out in 3 minuets and i thought all else was lost and i would never get them (for my boyfriend). I walked into the store today and not only did they have them, but they had it in his sizes. The employees were very helpful and grabbed me multiple sizes for him to try on and also answered my questions when it came to sizing and how the fit is after awhile and doing certain activities. They were extremely helpful and we came out with a brand new pair of shoes! Awesome experience! read more
