The customer service at this store is horrid. The employees seem far too busy staring off into space to give anyone any sort of assistance. My husband asked the young lady to help him find a good running shoe, she pointed to the shoe wall, said "the shoes are over here" and walked away. Really? This store is fairly large, well organized and really friendly. Their sales can sometimes be good... anywhere from 20% to 50% off. I usually try to wait for the higher sales... this is a great store for men only! The women's selection here sucks! We only get a tiny little side... mainly track suits, workout pants, some tees and a small wall of sneakers. Men get about 3/4 of the store. They have a great selection for men as well as a good inventory of shoes. The last time I was here was over the weekend and we had several people helping us out and there was never a shortage of service even though the store was super busy with Christmas shoppers. read more

I come all the way from San Diego to check out all the Adidas gear, especially the Colombia Soccer team items, which I have bought mostly in the old location, which was great! Now they moved to a smaller location with little selection on Colombia gear and even less customer service. I will be using the online store from now on. Within 5 minutes, I left the new store, in comparison to the old store, where I would spend at least an hour in the old store. New Store is terrible. read more

been here a few times to get running shoes. they have a pretty decent selection. went here this past weekend in hopes of getting some toddler shoes to match ours. walk in, circle around the store........ can't find display of toddler/baby shoes. walk around again hoping to find an associate to inquire about toddler shoes. i walked around for quite a while, when i finally located an associate i was bummed to find that they don't even have any shoes for toddlers or babies at ALL! so disappointing! read more

I don't usually review stores but this past weekend I was really treated well at this store. Better than normal and it was mostly by the manager, Elena. She really went out of her way to help my girlfriend and I find what we were looking for. She didn't need to either, the store was very busy but she went above and beyond the call of duty. This review is referencing the store's competence. I strolled in one very warm day and Adidas had a big 50% off sale so I was intrigued. As the type of person who hates to be asked if I need help when I am clearly browsing I was pleasantly surprised to see the employees knew when I was in need or not. They were helpful when I actually needed help and gave me space when I wanted it. The employees were very knowledgable about their inventory and I had a lot of serious trying on of shoes to do. I tried on 3-4 different shoes in 2-3 sizes because I was trying to get shoes for my dad as a late fathers day gift and they were extremely helpful. Helpful enough that I am taking my time to write a review! That's a pretty big deal. What's more is when the cashier noticed I was in a hurry he very carefully yet quickly put everything in a large bag and sent me on my way. 4-5 stars. read more

I came to exchange/ receive store credit for a pair of shoes someone bought me because they were a size too big. A worker here named Celeste immediately accused me of wearing the shoes and told me that they could never be returned. Instead of apologizing, she was extremely rude the whole entire time and said it was my fault for not noticing the "damages" to the shoes when I bought them. When I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager, which seemed like a lie. I've seen some other reviews and it seems like other people have had problems with the managers and workers here. I don't understand why Adidas has not fired all of them already, but for all of the people that have had issues, the customer service number is 1-800-448-1796. I suggest calling corporate and putting in complaints there. read more

I often visit this store to buy my Adidas gear. The stores is very clean and refreshing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had a chance to be helped by Hannah regarding the Ultra Boost purchase. At first i was hesitant about the price but after talking to her about the shoe and what it really does I ended up purchased it and are super happy with it. Will definitely this store again just wish they have more performance store location. read more

Had a very pleasant experience here. I called beforehand to check the availability of a pair of Ultra Boosts I needed and it turns out they had one more pair in my size. Pretty awful employees here - came in to return a pair of shoes I purchased online. The guy who helped me didn't really know the return process, and I asked him whether I can just mail it in myself and dude wasn't sure. All they do is essentially print out a label as you would at home, but they will give to UPS. At least when I drop off with UPS, I get a drop off receipt in case package is lost. If you hand over to the tire with nothing to show for it, then you would have nothing to prove you gave it back to adidas. The guy asked his manager, and the girl came out with a attitude saying they will ship as 'courtesy'. Called before-hand to see if I could get my anti theft sensor removed from my track pants after another store forgot to remove it and they said sure after some explaining about what the shape of the sensor was. I had to rush a little to get there but once I arrived everyone was extremely nice and courteous even though I didn't buy anything. Definitely will be back, next time I'm in the area. read more

I've been here twice now, the staff is friendly, they greet you right away and are always accessible to help. Pretty good selection of clothing with price ranges that can fit most people's budgets. When things go on sale here they are a pretty significant drop in price. Also they keep the store clean...a big plus! I'll be back for sure. read more

First of all, no one at this place checks up on you. My brother and I stopped into this adidas trying to buy a soccer jersey, since it was my brothers birthday he received an email with a 15% off. He went tried it on, and etc...not once did anyone come and check how we were doing. We had a size set and were ready to purchase, before heading to the register my brother asked one of the sales associates if the soccer jersey was eligible for the 15% off, the associate just stood there and said "I DON'T KNOW" in a rude voice, then walked away. I was so upset by the lack of service and the tone the employee had, I told my brother to leave the item and that we would purchase it elsewhere. Before leaving I told the guy "if you don't know, next time follow up etc..he then said "I did" but never came back to tell us if yes or no on the 15% off. As a person who works with clients everyday in the customer service field, I was 100% blown away by the lack of treatment that my family and I received. Had the worst customer service ever! Will definitely not return. We bought a sport top and pants for a package and originally it was $90 and they had 50%off, so it was $45. Because my should is broad but I am really skinny, it's really hard for me to buy clothes that are exactly the right size for me. The s is a little small and the m is a little big. I would rather choose the m because it feels looser than the s size. But the pants I need is definitely a small size. With the package, I also got the shoes. This whole experience by far is predatory decent like the other shopping experience. What screwed me up was what going to happen next. I brought my items to the register to let them ring up. The lady first ring up my shoes and it showed up as $33 which was fine. But when she ring up the pants and jackets, she said you had one m size and one s size, you have to get the same size, either 2 s or 2 m which is also fine, I totally understand. But when we went back we did not see any the same size. So I asked the cashier to check if they had any left in stock. They went and checked and there were nothing left. But they are still not willing to sell me the ones I selected. By now I am already frustrated and I want it to be over and painless as possible. So I said it was ridiculous and I just want but the shoes. During the waiting time, they canceled my scanned transactions to help the other customers so by now they had to rescan the shoes. And when they do, they scanned the same shoes but showed up $60. Oh, my goodness!!! Are you kidding me? I asked the cashier to ring it up again and she was not willing to do so and said it will be the same. By now, I just want leave this place. So I paid and left. Nevertheless the day, worst customer service in the industry and you guys are national brands. You are kidding me. I will not return and would rather give my business to others. read more

NOTE: ONLINE EXPERIENCE & NOT THE STORE So disappointed in Adidas. My unfortunate experience has been with Adidas.com but non-the less it is still apart of Adidas. This by far has been the worst online experience I've had and am still having. Adidas to me; (prior to this experience) was a Co. that stood for the following: a Co. known worldwide that was strong, reputable, respectable, and more importantly cared about their customers. I wanted to purchase a pair of superstars went to an actual store, unfortunately they didn't have my size but the sales person informed me that I could order a pair of Superstars customized. I specifically asked if the shoe was true to size and was advised yes. (1st Issue) December 14th I ordered a pair of Superstars in a 6.5 for myself, and a pair of Seeley's size 9.0 for my husband. Order # A000766168 I was advised again by customer service the shoes were true to size and that it would take 3-4 weeks to receive in the mail. Come to find out the shoes run big. I can't even wear them. I have called customer service so many times and talked to so many reps including supervisors only to be told basically, "you're out of luck" what the hell is that? How is it my fault when I specifically address the shoe size with Adidas team members and have been advised by them that the shoes runs true to size and therefore if I am a 6.5 that is the size I should order. I have reached out so many times and literally have spent hours in trying to get this resolved. BTW (2nd issue) my husbands Seeley's haven't even come in, it's going on 7 weeks and no one can tell me anything aside from I will get a call back from a supervisor within 48 hours and a week goes by with nothing, until I call back only to hear we'll get back to you. I think the only Supervisor who was somewhat helpful was Cynthia, yet I never got a follow up. I have even sent e-mail to corporate Consumer Relations on 01-06-2015 with the subject line reflecting "Please Help" nope nothing. How sorry is that? Most recently I spoke with manager Aaron online- absolutely no help. The only answer I get is we'll get back to you with 48 hours. Ironically I received an email today stating that my Seeley's will be shipped on the 31st, what the hell is that? No explanations at all. (3rd Issue) Order #A000872098 I had a vest that was sent back by the Adidas store in Irvine on the 5th of January, Adidas received it on the 13th. Where is my credit? No one can tell me and I'm so tired of hearing because of the bad weather back East there have been delays, customer service is no help. These things may seem like nothing to a huge Co like Adidas but to me it's a big deal. I work, but don't make a lot of money and I budget everyday so a 54.00-dollar credit makes all the difference in what dinner will be like. I have asked for a credit regarding the customize shoes and nothing (not even for 12.00 UPS delivery charge) Ironically I received an email today stating that my Seeley's will be shipped on the 31st, what the hell is that? No explanations at all. I wont wear the 6.5 I saved and put money aside to place the customize orders for my husband and I, it was his Christmas present that would be late, but this late is unacceptable. I'm appalled that this is how Adidas treats their customers. I have grown up wearing Adidas not once did I think this is how Adidas runs its company, I am truly embarrassed for the Company. I have had no luck, no help and I'm out money. I hoping to get the word out there and make others aware so they think twice prior to ordering or maybe somebody from Adidas will see this email and help me (doubtful). With that being said, I will say the only positive experience I've had is with the Adidas store in Irvine CA. the Spectrum Mall. Jared and Brandon have been very helpful trying to clean up a mess that they have nothing to do with or no control over. I appreciate their help they have gone above and beyond for me. So if you're looking to purchase and you're in the area definitely check them out. Lastly I have a pair of the energy boost and energy boost 2.0 ESM in a 6.5 and they fit fine. read more
