As with anything that changes in life, haircuts, new procedures, meeting new people, there will be an adjustment. Didn't take me that long to accept the new changes. I've been to the zoo, I mean Super Store, and shopping here is so much more of a relaxed and comfortable environment. The staff is engaging and say "thank you" and "have a great day". I feel my patronage is appreciated at the neighborhood Walmart. The bathroom, the men's anyway, is remodeled and much nicer. The layout of the products is changed but I eventually figured it out. We can always find things we don't like but in the scale of Pro/Con, this place is clean, the staff smiles and they are constantly restocking the shelves so we don't have that out of stock experience. I didn't try to walk out with a tv it was a 2$ cheap shirt probably made in a sweatshop that both the store associate and I missed because there were no tags. she then asked for my personal info and I.D. which I should not have to provide. This store isn't as big, or as busy as some other locations…read more I parked by the outdoor living doors because it is closer to what I needed to get, but I couldn't get in the door. They were locked with a sign saying use main door. That's really odd I thought. It's right at the beginning of summer when everyone shops for their summer garden, and BBQ fun. When I checked out at the regular registers at the front of the store, I asked the cashier about the garden center doors being closed. They told me that they don't have enough employees to run the cash registers, so the garden center doors need to be closed until they get more help. With so many people out of work, you would think they would be able to fill all positions. Just maybe they should increase their starting wage.

I also knew I shouldn't waste my time with customer service who never have the ability to solve app issues but I had just spent an hour shopping... so, 40 minutes later i was proven correct by the failure of customer service to actually take my money and check me out. such a waste of my time! Now I'm livid. 2 hours of time spent getting nowhere!!!! I could have shopped at three different stores in person in that amount of time!!!
