As with anything that changes in life, haircuts, new procedures, meeting new people, there will be an adjustment. Didn't take me that long to accept the new changes. I've been to the zoo, I mean Super Store, and shopping here is so much more of a relaxed and comfortable environment. The staff is engaging and say "thank you" and "have a great day". I feel my patronage is appreciated at the neighborhood Walmart. The bathroom, the men's anyway, is remodeled and much nicer. The layout of the products is changed but I eventually figured it out. We can always find things we don't like but in the scale of Pro/Con, this place is clean, the staff smiles and they are constantly restocking the shelves so we don't have that out of stock experience. I didn't try to walk out with a tv it was a 2$ cheap shirt probably made in a sweatshop that both the store associate and I missed because there were no tags. she then asked for my personal info and I.D. which I should not have to provide. I also knew I shouldn't waste my time with customer service who never have the ability to solve app issues but I had just spent an hour shopping... so, 40 minutes later i was proven correct by the failure of customer service to actually take my money and check me out. such a waste of my time! Now I'm livid. 2 hours of time spent getting nowhere!!!! I could have shopped at three different stores in person in that amount of time!!! I can only blame myself for picking Smiths as a business and thinking they would deliver on their value and service. I will not make that mistake again!
