The store is well stocked, lot of variety across apparel and accessories. Usually we like to pick up stuff here, so did we too yesterday. A little disappointed in the way the front desk lady was speaking. She was quite BRISQUE. Saw her step into the Tommy store too earlier while we were shopping there, she was hassled and were telling the Tommy staff about some $400 worth of theft her store had had at that time, even then she was sounding blunt and very by the way with the staff of that store. Not sure what her problem in life is, but she certainly needs to learn some public dealing skills. read more

Hubbers and I walked in here and found so much bargains, but we weren't there for me. It was more for him. He immediately found a sweatshirt he really liked, so that was a go. He didn't want to come home with more than 2 pairs of shoes, so it seemed like a bit of a challenge for him choosing between four. When he finally came down to the last two, a staff members asked if we were doing okay. He mentioned he really liked some other pair but didn't have his size and wondered if there may be one in the back. Now, I can't remember this guy's name, but boy did he hustle. He looked it up and said they had one, so he went to the back to go searching for it. And boy, he was serious, because he was gone for some time. He even came back for a bit just to let us know he didn't forget about us. Sadly, he couldn't locate the shoes. But we were happy he tried. Extra star JUST for that. What a great service experience. Holy bait & switch, Batman! Went there to buy the normal Slavic starter kit (Adidas track suit). Store has a bunch of 50% off tags on essentially every rack in the place along with ubiquitously placed "Storewide 50% Off" signs. Yay. Got to the cash register and the cashier tells me that the track jacket isn't applicable for 50% because it's a 2019 model (like there's a huge stylistic difference). I said "Uh, I got it from the 50% off rack. You have signs everywhere saying STOREWIDE. This was in the store." "Sorry!" I wasn't going to argue because...well...this person obviously didn't care and there was a HUGE line (indicative of the management's ability to help out). And at the end of the day, just how much customer service can you expect at a place like this with management like this? So buyer beware. Check out Kohl's for your Adidas needs instead; a little more expensive, but at least the pricing is honest and the cashiers care a smidge more. read more

They have a lot of stuff at pretty reasonable prices for such a big name brand. Great quality and nice styles.

Very poor customer service with returns. Tennis Shoes purchased with in 2 months. Misplaced receipt. Manager needed to call other outlet store to ask them what to do and how to handle the return. Never had this issue with any other shop in the outlet. Card purchases are instantly returned to the same card once system finds your receipt once your chip is in the card reader. Not in this place. Socks I bought supposed to fit size 6 to 12, seems to shrink after 1 wash, and no longer fit. Tired to bring it up to manager but she said "it is not her fault the socks don't fit, and that she didn't make them herself". Recommended that I call the 800 number, then told me maybe I did something wrong when I washed them. I wonder why that never happened with any other socks with me doing my regular laundry! Super rookie lacking emotional maturity and common sense.. this is not the service we deserve in Beautiful Napa! Please hire some professional people! read more

Customer service was the worse! We drive all the way from Hayward for my birthday shopping cause they have best selection and prices. I would rather pay double than deal with rude people. The guy that was helping me and my 80 year old mom (who loves adidas sneakers and joggers) was very nice. We waited almost an hour for a shoe that they needed to pull from us from the back inventory. The young lady who I assume is a manager came rushing at me "Is that a service dog" I showed her my stickers/harness and said yes, then she said nothing else she never asked if she could help us or anything. I asked her a couple of times for things, however. During that time of waiting. I entertained myself by trying to find things for myself, I found a nice pink sneaker $150, a shirt 8.99, and tights and shirt from youth collection. I thought since I am petite i maybe able to fit youth extra large. The guy informed me the dressing room is closed but I could try in front of one of the mirrors in the store. I said great since i have on a long dress I will just pull on tights, the (I assume mgr) came running up to me yelling in front of everyone "you can't try those on" I said I already checked with the guy at the register, she said demeaning him "Oh I will have a talk with him." I already had the pants to my knees she told me to pull them off which I did and put back all of my purchases. I have Anxiety disorder and her behavior caused my panic to kick in. She then proceeded to ring up my mom, my mom said no I dont want you to get this sale let the nice young man ring it up. I then proceeded to the Cabi store where I used the dressing room, the mirrors and where the sales ladies helped me find things, I spent $400 - your loss Adidas! I won't be back. Guilty of always ruining favorite shoes when camping. I needed comfort, great for trails, and something I wouldn't mind getting dirty. Typically don't get any luck in outlets finding my size, but scored one due to the fact Adidas tend to be more narrow and tighter than the other brand I typically wear. Not all prices are discounted as you would expect, but you might get lucky depending on what you are looking for. Make sure they you ring you up for the correct price. Their register did not recognize the price they were advertising at the floor. read more

Walked in with my SERVICE dog and the worker kept questioning me as if I was lying. She was asking if he was a companion dog or a service dog.
