Your choice on chicken schwarma, lamb, or falafel on a pita or plated with salad, rice, potatoes, and topped with parsley, pickled cabage, tomato and yellow peppers. The wrap and plate come with garlic spread, hummus, or both and the salad is dressed with with a really good lemon dressing. You really cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Also, although I do not indulge all the time, they do not fry the french fries until you order them, so you will always get piping hot fries. The menu is small and simple, not overwhelming. Two favorite things about this place: the food is made right in front of you AND all of the vegetable labels indicate how the veggies will benefit your body. Which ones are high in fiber, what's a good source of vitamin C, etc. You're not allowed to take pictures while inside, so you'll have to see what I'm talking about for yourself. The service is great, the man working was friendly and offered us an extra drink. The gyro wrap is delicious. The meat is soft and flavorful, the vegetables and sauce bring all the flavors together. The fries in the combo are alright, basic but still good. You're definitely given your money's worth of food, it's A LOT. Get extra garlic sauce, you'll thank me later. It goes well with both the gyro and fries. Try the coconut water they've got in the fridge. It's a bit on the sugary side, but it's light and refreshing with small chunks of coconut. I started coming to Adoni's about two years ago and ever since my family and I have been regulars. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced considering both the quantity and it's walking distance from the beach. We always get the Gyro Wrap Trio with an extra side of their tzatziki (which is more like a toum - a very very garlicky lick your lips kind of sauce). The fries are made to order and very crisp. On our latest visit, one of the employees (we're assuming he's the owner) even gave us a few items on the house. With a long line out the door, he efficiently and quickly made all our orders, happily accommodating to any requests. Little did he know it was actually my mom's birthday that day so we were especially pleased with the service. I also wanted to note that I've read a few other reviews stating the employees don't wash their hands after handling money. That comment is completely untrue (at least in our many visits) as he went out of his way to wash his hands every time he touched anything non food related. All customers are required to wear masks and there is even a plastic screen separating the register from visitors. Overall, Adoni's has always had great food with wonderful customer service throughout our last couple years of business. Their fries are hot and crispy and they give you a garlic taziki sauce for dipping. They have delicious pickled cabbage, onions, herbs, pickles, tomatoes etc...to load up your Gyro. So glad I popped by, the meat was perfectly seasoned and all the ingredients were so fresh.
