Justin had been suggested on the forum and through our brief discussions he was polite, prompt and very outgoing. Real nice guy but don't let that fool you for how much knowledge he has about cars! The downpipe installation is known to be on the more difficult and time consuming side but Justin had no problems with it. Took about an hour and 45 minutes, while shops charge ~ 3 hours for labor. No exhaust leaks, no rattles, just perfect installation. His installation fee was insanely low too! He charged me $100, all work guaranteed where other shops easily charge $250-300. Overall, I had a GREAT experience with Justin and would recommend him to anyone who is a car enthusiast, meticulous about things done to their car and can appreciate good people who are enthusiasts themselves. Although his location is in a residential garage, don't let that deter you from having work done by him. Get in the Zone - Autozone…read more Occupying the former home of Babies R Us, Autozone opened up this year, next to Aldi. Whenever we have battery issues, we take our vehicles to Autozone for a free battery test. On this occasion, my mom's CRV was the "patient" needing attending to. Inside, Israel was behind the counter, and after helping a customer over the phone, provided us assistance. He quickly obtained the battery tester, and followed us to the CRV. Popping open the hood, he found the terminals were loose. We have no idea how they became loose, since we haven't done anything under the hood in a good long while. Israel securely tightened the terminals, and ran the battery/alternator test. Fortunately, the results were positive, and we didn't need to make an unnecessary purchase. Unfortunately, the CRV wouldn't start a few days later, and required a jump from roadside assistance. Coming back, Israel was working when we visited, and he checked to see if the old battery could be charged for free. News came back negative, and we bought a new Duralast battery. It's now more convenient for us, having an Autozone location within walking distance, opposed to visiting the ones in either Hawaiian Gardens or Lakewood. Israel provided exemplary customer service, and we will continue to patronize Autozone, when the need arises. Highly recommend!

They had both items I needed and were quick and friendly about all of my other questions and needs. It's a bit of a drive, but this place does have everything, it must be their hub for shipping or similar. Either way, ideally I'd say I'll never be back, but I own fleet vehicles so I'm sure I'll be here again before too long. :)
