I'd recently replaced my battery on the Honda civic but the car was still having a hard time starting up which makes it scary to go anywhere. Assuming the worst I would have to spend a lot of money and time to replace the alternator or whatever else that's causing the issue which can be stressful but Mike the manager easily found the cause of the problem which was just a dirty battery connection and cleaned it quickly! He then did a test on the battery, alternator and starer to make sure they were in good condition so we knew it was just a dirty battery connection! Went in on a random night for a new battery. I was assisted by Chuck who was more than welcoming, in good spirit, and accommodating. While sitting the in the parking lot getting ready for my sons preschool Christmas concert I needed a mask. I walked back in to ask if masks were being sold he said no. 3 min later while I sat in the car after, he came to knock on my window to offer a mask he had. That's what I call above and beyond customer service. He was so nice after seeing my wife and son in the car that he was able to offer one more. However when I asked for my battery to be installed, the lady asked who I think was the manager to help me install it since she couldn't. He started to be really rude and passive aggressive towards her right in front of me and made me feel uncomfortable.
