The manager recommended some silicone spray and I went off of his word and it didn't do what he said it would do, yes I use most of the can. and it was only eight bucks but my point was he told me something wrong and now I have to redo and spend more money to cover up what he told me. so I went back to the store to tell him about it and get a refund or exchange and he completely went off and yelled at me and I really really wanted to punch him in his face but I just look at him I am a business owner and I know good customer service and today he was having a bad day and he completely handed the situation wrong and unprofessional. Called for some questions on a valve cover gasket, the person that answered the phone was rude. He didn't say anything for a minute then told me the price of the product and hung up I'll spend my money somewhere else. read more

Would give them no stars if it was an option. God forbid the employees do anything when the manager isn't present. Bee cave has amazing customer service, will not be back to this location ever again!! Rude, incompetent employee refused to take back an alternator core or call his manager and said would have to come back when manager is present. Gave me the runaround saying I'll have to come BACK tomorrow morning, when the manager is here. Train your employees and teach them customer service. I've never had a problem at the Bee cave store, the only reason they couldn't help me is because the store you buy the alternator, is the store you return the core too, and unfortunately it was this horrific location. It was a very rough rainy morning for my mom and her old Ford, but Ken & Francisco (I think is his name) were basically angels on earth today. They explained the car's issue clearly and did everything they could to help us out. On top of the help they provided on the car, they also provided a light-hearted humor and kindness that was just so appreciated by us during such a stressful time. I had an issue with a Sun Shade "shedding" all over my new car. The hot Texas sun broke down the edge and silver in three months time. The Advance Auto guy said he couldn't take it back unless I had the receipt. Luckily I found it and they returned my money. It was good they stand behind the products they sell. read more

These guys are always terrific. I got up early Sat. to replace the headlight bulbs in our Lexus SC430 because it was going to be 100 by noon. To do this you have to take off the front bumper and pull out the headlamps - Really!! Got it apart, pulled the high, low and turn signal bulbs and took them in. It was now about 9:30. Turned out they only had one of the high beam bulbs I needed (it's a $100 bulb). They said they could get another one in a few hours. I explained that I wanted to get the job done before it got any hotter and would have to go someplace else to get them now. Get this! I only live about 1 1/2 miles away. So, they called around, found another one at their Bee Caves store and offered to go get it and bring it by my house. About 30 minutes later, he pulled in my driveway and handed it to me. I didn't lose any time at all and was done before noon!!! Is this great service, or what? read more

The empty parking lot should have tipped me off, but I forged ahead since I had been told the "guys who work at that Auto parts store next to the HEB are really helpful!" Not only were the two guys I was unlucky enough to have apparently disturbed from their un-busy day NOT helpful, the two 'workers' couldn't get me 'outa there' fast enough. Since both workers chose to tell me the address of the auto repair shop rather than show me which part would fix my problem, I decided I'd leave them to their busy day of eye-rolling and head-shaking. read more

Call me The Wallflowers because I had One Headlight. James replaced the dead bulb and replaced it all within 3 minutes. Not only that but it was $10. I was acknowledged right when I walked through the door and was greeted with friendly smiles! I'll definitely be back :) read more

A front headlamp bulb burned out. Getting it out was really tricky. Both technicians worked on it until they persevered! They installed the new bulb and I'm on my way. Awesome staff. Super nice. Super helpful. 2 thumbs up! read more
