Well I did my first brake job today, in the end it didn't stop so well, but I tried!…read more I pre-ordered my parts from Advance. I have done business with this company before and they have never let me down. When I got here, my parts were ready. I was hoping for a copy on the Hanyes manual but they were out of stock... okay. I still can do this, that's why we got Internet! So Bob was my man, he say me coming and had my pile ready. Even said I would need brake cleaner, and he wasn't up-selling me... that gross stuff came in handy! He showed me in the book some of the key things to watch for and the headache you got to deal with 4times... he wasn't kidding, I'm surprised I didn't loose an eye during that fiasco! (My car was definitely made in China by an octopus with little hands!) Bob was great.... he's your man even though he's normally the delivery driver. I gave him a run when I asked for my BF commercial account discount... out of state of course! He did it and was a good chap about it. (I would have drop kicked the computer and the customer if I had to go through that!) Ample parking... I noticed some things they will do for you on site... like batteries and computer error scanning... Great place... a must for a DIYer or "I'll buy the parts so I don't get over charged" type....

This dealership (in my experience and my opinion) is full of all the standard tricks and tactics. Let's just say, when they gave me the out-the-door price, the final number was more than 10k over the MSRP. The trade-in values and new vehicle pricing on the website were not close to being honored. I have excellent credit and a like-new trade in. The online numbers are only to get you in the door. They continued to pressure me with tactics that would lead me into a much higher debt/ monthly payment so they can meet their sales quota. These large "upscale" showroom dealerships do not have your best interest and will mislead you at every opportunity. Be careful, folks. My sales rep was nice enough but when it comes to numbers, look out! If you choose to do business here, just be smart and have financial awareness.

Dear Customer Service Manager…read more I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at your dealership on July 8, 2026, for basic maintenance on my new car, which included an oil and filter change. During my visit, I also reported that the passenger side turn signal was not functioning. After a couple of hours without any updates, I spoke with a friendly staff member named Cotto, who informed me that my service advisor, Chance, was on lunch. Cotto was very helpful and took immediate action to address my concerns. He notified me that a new light was required and that we could tow the car, assuring me that I would receive a follow-up communication. On July 20, I received a call stating that the replacement part was in, and we scheduled an appointment for that day at 10 AM. However, two hours into my wait, I had still not received any updates regarding the service. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing, reflecting a lack of communication and respect for my time. Based on this interaction, I would recommend potential customers consider alternative dealerships for their purchases and servicing. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see improvements in your service in the future. Best regards, W. Colon

At the time of delivery, we were told…read morethat financing was fully approved, all documents were complete, and the transaction was finalized. We relied on this information and took delivery of the vehicle. After we left, the finance manager contacted us, saying we needed to return to sign an additional document requiring a "wet signature." It was later disclosed that our original financing terms had changed without our consent -- the interest rate was increased to 23% after we left, and the dealership applied a $350 discount internally to keep the monthly payment the same. We were pressured with a tight deadline to complete a DocuSign to avoid the car being taken from us. While we complied to protect our vehicle, this experience was stressful and confusing, and the dealership initially failed to clearly explain the changes or provide transparency. We had to file complaints with the CFPB, Florida Attorney General, and Florida DHSMV to ensure the process was handled correctly. While the dealership eventually sent a check to offset part of the financial impact, this should have been disclosed and handled properly at the time of sale. We hope Napleton's Clermont improves their communication and transparency with customers. Be aware that financing terms may be adjusted after delivery without clear disclosure.

Clermont Ford Fixed What Mercedes Couldn't on My $200K Van…read more I never thought I'd be writing this. I own a 2025 Winnebago Revel camper van built on a 2023 Mercedes-Benz chassis -- a vehicle close to $200,000. Like most people, I assumed Mercedes was the only place to trust with something this expensive. Highly trained mechanics, luxury-level service... right? Wrong. The Problem (Specific Details & Contrast) After installing new front-end coilover struts with reservoirs, I brought my van to Mercedes for an alignment and to stop rubbing on the driver's side. I left with the same problem still there and a bill that was nearly double what Ford later charged me. Imagine paying more and driving away with the problem still unsolved. I was stressed, frustrated, and honestly considering ripping out my brand-new suspension. The Turning Point (Emotion & Honesty) Out of options, I decided to try Clermont Ford. I hadn't been there in years, but I figured, why not? To my surprise, they said "Absolutely, bring it in," without hesitation. They treated my high-end Mercedes-based Revel like it was no different from anything else they work on. That's when everything changed. The Service (Human Connection & Skill) It turned into a two-day job, but the updates were constant, the communication was clear, and the work? Flawless. A special shoutout to Troy, the lead technician. If "professional" had a level above it, that's him. He's not just skilled -- he's patient, polite, and genuinely cares. He explained everything, made sure I understood, and treated my van like it was his own. The rest of the staff matched that same level of courtesy, integrity, and pride in their work. The Result (Transformation) When I left Ford, the rubbing issue was gone, the alignment was perfect, and I felt something I hadn't at Mercedes: confidence. For half the price, they did twice the job. My Takeaway (Recommendation & Call to Action) I walked into Mercedes feeling defeated. I left Ford feeling relieved, humbled, and grateful. This experience taught me something important: true quality isn't about the badge on the building, it's about the people inside it. If you're on the fence about where to take your vehicle, here's my advice: * If Clermont Ford could fix what Mercedes couldn't on a $200K luxury van, they can handle anything. * Their mechanics don't just "do the job" -- they problem-solve, explain, and follow through until it's perfect. * They've earned my trust, my respect, and my future business. For a guy pushing 60 who usually finds something to complain about -- I can't. And that's saying something. Five stars, across the board. Clermont Ford is now my go-to shop period! Im a real yelper, see my other reviews. I rip them down or build them up based on my experience. It seems to ship seems to have some highs and lows. All I can say is I'm not an easy person to please probably just the opposite, but they really came through for me.

The manufacturer tried an over the air software update and it did not work and the digital display locked up. My video monitor that has radio, map and other things. Because the software did not update it locked my screen and was not usable. I called Blue-link, service for Hyundai, and they ran diagnostics and said they would have to have the engineers look into it the over the air software update and it may take up to 7 days. I waited about 4 days and brought it into the dealership. I brought my vehicle in on a Friday,. I waited about 3 hours and I asked the service rep how much longer it Would be. They said there were issues with the software and they would give me a complimentary vehicle to use until the next day. Saturday I was called and told I could keep the car until Monday. On Monday I was told I could keep the car until Tuesday they were having issues with the software. On Tuesday I was informed they needed to replace the entire head system for the Digital display and I could keep the car until Thursday. When I called late day Thursday they informed me they received the part and I could keep the car until Friday. On Friday I was told I could keep the car until the next Monday. So up to this point I was being kept in the loop on progress at least. On Monday I had to leave a message and was told I would get a call shortly. On Tuesday I left another message and was told I would get a call shortly. I called Wednesday and was sent a text stating I should receive a call, gave a name, and he would call shortly. Thursday went by and I waited until Friday around 11 am and drove to the dealership to see what was going on with my vehicle. I talked with A manager and explained what was going on with the vehicle and my frustration of having the dealership going radio silent from LAST FRIDAY. 8 days. The manager went to service and the rep in charge of the my vehicle came out and explained that the head set for the digital display was installed but the AC no longer was working, told me I could keep the comp until they replaced the electronics from a new vehicle into mine. I received a text later in the afternoon saying my car was ready for pick up. Being late I responded I would pick up my vehicle Saturday morning. Thought out this my only MAJOR ISSUE was the last week of no information being given to me. When I returned their vehicle they made me pay 2.34 for using their e-pass, I was told this was part of the comp but I was told the girl told me wrong. No worries only 2 bucks but aggravating. Then I was told I had gone over mileage and owed 10 cent a mile for each mile over. I immediately said I wanted to talk with a manager, remember the initial paperwork was done for a one day use and never updated. After 10 min or so they came back and said it was all taken care of and thank you. Mostly just aggravated at the issue of not being there to inform me of status.
