Since when is it ok to ignore a client? how about a returning customer? I would say never. we could not reach a deal because 4, yes 4 different sales personnel, including the manager could not return my calls, nor follow through on what they said they would do. I then chose to contact the dealership GM. He also was a waste of time, choosing also not to respond. They got my business once, but I would not trust them again. Update: Not even a month after finally getting my car and a piece already is coming off and rubbing against my tire. Called this morning and they told me to stop by to get it looked at. Came by around 4pm and had about 5 people look at me like I had five heads when I said someone said I could stop by. Felt very uncomfortable until a nice lady said she would drive my car around to service and have the techs look at it. Few minutes later a different person drove my car out and told me I could leave. Didn't even tell me what they did or if they fixed it! Had to ask- they told me it looks like it was on there good and all they did was add the screw that was missing. Hoping my car doesn't have anymore loose screws so I don't have to come back to this place. read more

Ford of Claremont is a black hole. If you leave your car it is impossible to call and talk to a human. You are confronted with AI (computer recording) to leave a message and the only response you get, sometimes hours later, is a text message to learn that they don't have the parts and it will be another day. Then the next day you learn their "technician" stripped the bolts and they need another day to get the bolts shipped in. This is very poor customer service. I can't believe my case is a one-off. Had the wonderful check engine light come on in my Ford Fusion. Ran a test and got the code for evap purge etc. I had an appointment for mid December but called Tuesday morning and was told bring it right in, got the diagnosis and quote later that day, next day Wednesday afternoon got the text it was already done and ready for pick up! Thank you Alex for the great job. Quick service and the text to let me know what was going on the whole time. They took great care of me, even paid for uber to drive me home. I recently inquired about a 2023 Audi Q8 listed for sale at Ford Clermont and spent about a week going back and forth with Willie, the salesperson. Let's start from the beginning. I purchased the EcoSport from Ford of Clermont in 2020 brand new. My vehicles are well maintained. Around the 100K mile mark, the motor seized up. I paid for a wrecker to tow it to Ford of Clermont. I self paid for a rental car for over 1-month until the new motor was received and installed. I self paid for the motor also. For a total of over $ 10K dollars. Ford of Clermont gave me a warranty of 3 years and unlimited mileage. Just before the 3 year warranty period, I received a recall notice from Ford Motor Company about an Oil Pump issue. The vehicle was taken to Ford of Clermont (Morgan Auto Group) and the recall was completed. About two weeks into the repair, I called Ford of Clermont speaking with a service advisor telling them that the fan motor was continually running and that I had noticed fluid droppage under the vehicle after being driven. The service advisor advised it was due to the time of the year very hot in Florida and nothing to worry about. Also, the vehicle would every once in a while, shut off completely at a red light. A few months later the vehicle would not start for about 30 minutes of trying. Then it started up and I drove it from the The Village's, FL to Ford of Clermont. I was advised that I have radiator fluid in cylinder number two and that I would need a new motor again. Not under warranty or Ford of Clermont accepting any responsibility. After four days, I had the vehicle towed at my cost back to my residence. I received a survey from Ford Motor Company, which I completed and sent in. Several days later, I received a call back from the customer service manager, asking about the survey and what they needed to do to fix it. I advised them what I was requesting. Today, June 09, 2026 I received a call from the service manager, who asked if I would change my opinion on the follow-up survey and that they could maybe help me out with the motor. I advise that I am not replacing a motor and changing my opinion unless something could be told in advance. The service manager advised that's all they can do if I don't change the survey. Ford motor company and Ford of Clermont the Morgan, auto group do not take care of their customers in my opinion. I would never recommend again this dealership or Ford Motor Company to anyone and I have always had a Ford, since I've been able to drive. In my opinion, it's unthinkable that you have to take a bribe to get your vehicle fixed that should be under warranty. I'm not bribable. Take responsibility, fix the vehicle under warranty. Total rubbish the employees here are totally unhelpfu I bought my car brand new. I had a few problems that nobody at the dealership could ever help me solve or find the issue too. My car drives perfectly fine, but randomly the dash will pop up with every single light that you can think of. Turns out it was $400. He could not have been a nicer person to work with. This was a horrible experience. I was given a 7 day temporary tag, received no call backs for anyone and had to drive 50 mikes to get a copy of the registration Shortly after bringing the car home the ABS lights were off and i showed that to Mike when i went to pick up the tag, he was not interested. As soon as i got a registration we took the car to a honda dealership . I spent 611$ to get the ABS switch replaced along with an air filer covered in leaves. A total almost 3000 of recommended service which we cannot afford and will need for something to break first. My grandson gave the place 3000 of his own money. I made his go to a dealership to buy because they always service their cars on the lot or so i thought. Horrible experience. Never again and anyone that will listen i repeat the story. Terrible service department. I brought my Ford in for service for a bad alternator. I received the invoice and they recommended the replacement of one (1) coil pack and one (1) spark plug due to a misfire on cylinder 8. I declined at the time because of my budget and decided to schedule at a later date. When I picked up the car after the alternator repair, it was running extremely rough (was not running like that when I dropped it off). I drove it home figuring this was the cylinder 8 issue. When I got home, I popped the hood and saw the coil pack for cylinder 5 sitting on my engine block. I called them to complain and they told me to bring it in, which I did. They told me they never touched my engine (they were in the engine replacing my alternator) and that it would be another $1700 to replace the valve cover because the holes were stripped. Had them replace it. When it was done, I came to pick up the car, it had a new check engine light on. I used my diagnostic machine in the parking lot of the dealership to read the code. Intake manifold valve stuck open on bank 1 (same bank they worked on). Went back in to the service office to ask about it and they bring up my account and said, "oh yeah, the technician said there's a new code." Never told me when they handed the keys to me. They told me to drive it home for the weekend and bring it back for them to look at what's going on and they would "help me out" in figuring out what's wrong. I brought it back and dropped it off and they wanted a $300 teardown fee to figure out what's wrong. I replied that this code was not here when I dropped it off and now there's a code which happens to be on the bank side they worked on. They went silent for a week. Got a new message that they wanted $2400 to replace the entire valve manifold. Completely untrustworthy dealership. Will never come back here again and recommend you use any other Ford dealership in the Central Fl area. They are completely unapologetic and unwilling to admit to their errors. read more

When I'm doing business with a company whether it's going to grab something to eat or in this case trying to buy a car, I will leave a review whether it's good or bad because companies should get the review they deserve. I want to point out that normally I am always completely transparent and honest about any review I make which includes the name of people I deal with (if available), but for the sake of protecting the reputation of the salesman that was originally assigned to me I marked out his name because he never actually worked with me. This review though is me speaking about this dealership as a WHOLE. I had been looking for a 2019 Nissan Maxima since a few days before Christmas, and this one offered at this dealer was one on my list of what I was looking at because the range of mileage and price looked great. I live in GA, but my dad lives in Florida, so ideally I would prefer to get a car in GA or in FL, but if it came down to it I'd travel elsewhere. This one was advertising this 2019 Maxima SL with slightly over 30k miles for $23,500 which was a great price. There were others with a similar range of price with about the same and even lower mileage, but again for the sake of convenience, this was one of my options of buying. I reached out to them inquiring about the condition of it, number of keys, and the OTD price. A few hours later I got the info including a quote sheet, and I of course was going to negotiate because the price given jumped from $23.5k to almost $30k was absurd, so I told them that if we could work out the price to be $26.5k which is what the price would be with my local tax and registration cost excluding the advantage package that they tacked on that I didn't want I would go for it. The person that I had spoke to told me that he'd talk to his sales manager, and call me back. For about 2-3 days I heard nothing back from them, so I ended up giving them a call back. The new person that I spoke with I had to run that info by him because the information that we spoken about wasn't retained which is fine because it only takes a moment to speak about everything. After talking about it, this person told me they'd give me a call back in about 10 minutes to speak about it with his manager. 10 minutes later I got the call, and they absolutely refused to sell me the car unless I got that package making the price the number in the quote because they paid too much for the car. I told him that to be quite frank, their poor business decision had nothing to do with me, and suggested they either work their numbers out better or simply be forthright with their advertised numbers. The salesman then said that he'd rather let the car go to auction than to sell it at that price. Let's also mention how he attempted to insult me by saying that I couldn't afford the car because I didn't want to pay that price. I told him that if they had the original price at around $26.5k then the price of $30k would make significantly more sense which wouldn't be a problem, and I'd get it, but this was a matter of principle. Anywho, I ended up buying a 2020 SL with only 16k miles from elsewhere for an OTD of $30k where they weren't charging all of these ridiculous fees. Ford of Clermont do better. read more

You know I'm not one to write negative reviews but I'm tired of dealing with people like you. You are exactly what people hate about dealerships. We drove 1hr 1/2 to look at a used expedition max, we loved it, we've been looking for almost a year and this was the first time I felt I really wanted to leave with this car. We started the process and asked for a number (knowing It might not be possible) , salesman came back and said "look he says we can do this back and forth but if you're confident in your credit score let's just run your credit to confirm and we can definitely get you to that number if not lower". Me very hesitant because we already had a awful experience the last time we bought a car, sat there for a minute and was like you know what ok, I know our scores are great and if you are telling me you'll get me to that number it'll work. Well salesman comes back...numbers are way high not even close to what we talked about, he says "ok well he says he can do this much down and he'll have you at this payment" after thinking ok, I'm happy with those numbers sounds good. COMES BACK. Numbers are still $50-$100 more a month than the agreement, they want more money down...now I'm pissed because what is going on?! You ran my credit with the agreement of getting me what I was happy with and now you're not even close, so now I have to talk to 2 sales managers I'm assuming, The first one couldn't answer why I was lied to so then they had to bring in someone else to try and shut me up. And yes I do believe you should know what the average interest rate is for someone with an excellent credit score... ITS YOUR JOB! So you should have NEVER shopped my score to 4 DIFFERENT banks when no deal was SIGNED on! But I learned...again. And thank you for having us spend 3-4 hrs with our 3 kids knowing you never had any intention of doing what you said. We are sick of it! Sick of dealerships like you trying to play normal people like us who were just trying to buy a big enough vehicle for our family! And you want to know what's funny.......we would have bought the vehicle for what you asked.....but for me the fact you were just saying all the right things and not actually following through with them I would never give you a penny! Worst experience I have had in 50 years of vehicle ownership. I went there for oil change service on my F250, it was a total night mare. The technician failed to properly torque my tires. Just hammered the logs with air wrench. Did something wrong when putting in the oil filter and didn't pay attention to the issue and ran all the oil out of my engine into the parking lot. Who knows if engine was damaged, may not show up for awhile. Supposed to do a 115 point inspection on vehicle as part of the works package and after he was finished and checked the green box saying battery cables were inspected and fine. I raised the hood and one of my battery cables was covered in acid growth. I don't believe he checked anything, they tried to sell me a coolant service and said it was real bad, but I had paid them to do that not long back, after I mentioned it they couldn't explain why he suggested that because the coolant looked clean. My opinion is they hire low paid unskilled workers to do these services that simply don't care what kind of job they do. This was so bad that I cannot ever bring myself to trust them again any where near my vehicle. I'll post some pics , but this kind of service is totally unacceptable. Also I asked them to check my air pressure in tires, guess what they didn't do that either. I would suggest that everyone stay away from Fordnof Clermont quick lane service facility. On September 2nd, 2024, I purchased a 2024 Kia K5 from Ford of Clermont. Before leaving I noticed that the back driver's side trim was missing going towards my trunk. My grandfather and I informed Hunter who sold me the car that I was missing the trim and Hunter reassured me by saying that they would order the missing trim for me and apply it on my car. This entire process with Hunter was very positive so I was not too distraught about the missing trim and was trusting in the fact that they would fix it. Flash forward to October 15th, 2024, I was informed almost 2 hours later after dropping off my car, that they ordered the trim for the wrong side but that the trim was on recall, and I could go to the Kia dealership to get it replaced. Having already drove 40 minutes out of my way to go to Ford of Clermont, I became frustrated. I was having a hard time understanding as to why I had to go to another dealership to fix something on my car that they ensured they would fix, just because THEY had been negligent and ordered the wrong side. I asked if they could just order the correct side and fix it like they said they would and because they insisted that it was a recall piece, they said they wouldn't do it but that because of my inconvenience of traveling so far, they would provide me with a free tank of gas. Now here is where the real kicker is. Upon arriving to Kia of Clermont, they had informed me that the trim was in fact NOT on recall, but that they would help me out anyways due to the obvious stress I was under. They also provided me with evidence that the trim was not on recall and provided a printed out copy of said evidence. So not only did Ford of Clermont not fix their mistakes and correct what they had expressed to me they would fix, but then lied blatantly to my face to further keep a conversation going in circles instead of just apologizing for the mistake and ensuring that they would fix it. My grandfather then called Hunter to relay the information that Kia provided us and he again, ensured that someone would reach out to us that day and unfortunately, but not surprisingly, no one did reach out. It's extremely disappointing because overall, all the Sales Reps there are extremely nice and I'm sure outside of work, very good people. But the inconsistency with their words happened to diminish the positive experience I had thus far. I just think we should apply treating people how you would like to be treated. To Hunter, he was able to cash out on the money from the commission that he made which was more than likely roughly about $7,000 and because of that, it felt that this was no longer a concern to him because he had made his money. To me, I was receiving my dream car, and I would have just appreciated him keeping his word to ensure that I had a good experience regardless of the deal being done or not. Total fiasco & scam. 7 am appt for oil change, spark plugs & just a safety check as i'm driving 1,200 miles next month. My $300 service became $600 and out the door tried for $800+ and the surcharge for using my cc. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Ford of Clermont is doing business that I believe is against the law. Keep reading as our experience has been mind blowing and the cops come in to the picture. We traded our BMW M5 Competition for a Ford Raptor on Feb 27th. Ford stated the trade-in would be paid off by that Friday and our equity in the vehicle would be paid to us within a couple of days. Friday comes and goes, BMW not paid off. The following week we went to Ford of Clermont and was told they sent an electronic wire transfer on March 4th to our bank. We reached out to our bank and there was no monies received by them from Ford of Clermont. By this time the dealership had gone past the Florida law that requires dealerships to pay trade-ins off within 10 days. I contacted the dealership on March 12th and threatened them with reaching out to my attorney to seek a legal remedy if the vehicle was not paid off. Later that day they sent a photo of a check generated on March 12th to pay off. Don't stop reading yet. This is where the police come in shortly. Vehicle gets paid off. Now we start checking to see if the title has been released so the Ford dealership can cut us a check for our equity in the BMW. Last we checked with the state of Florida on 3/22/24 the title had not been released and the lien cleared. Now the scary stuff with the police. On 3/23/24 about 7pm. We had a bunch of cops show up at our home in several vehicles. They said the BMW was involved in a road rage brandishing a weapon and hit and run. It was a scary situation since the incident with the BMW involved a weapon as you can imagine. After talking with the police for a while. I got the sales manager on the phone we dealt with when we purchased the Ford Raptor. The sales manager while on speaker phone with the police. Told the cops Ford of Clermont sold the BMW several days ago. Now first couple of questions I have. One, how can you sell a vehicle without the title. The title according to the police is still in our name. This is how they knew our address and showed up at our home. Two, if they sold the vehicle why have we not been paid our equity. I have text messages from the sales manager from 3/22/24 stating they can't sale or cut us a check until the title clears. After I explain all this to the police. They stated to my wife and I that Ford of Clermont which is part of the Morgan Auto Group needed to be investigated and the detective involved in the brandishing the gun and hit and run would be looking at them and contacting us. The real issue is that since the vehicle was supposed to have been sold by Ford of Clermont without a title and it still being shown as my wife and I owning it. Now I am going to have to reach out to my attorney and incur costs to my attorney to see if we still have any financial liability due to it being involved in a hit and run with injuries. Couldn't check in at Quick Lane so I checked in at Ford of Clermont as they're together, Quick Lane is part of Ford but they service on all makes and models. I took my Mercedes Benz there for service because the last time I was there for a tire problem they were more than accommodating. This time it was an oil and filter change along with what I thought might have been a flat tire. I'm not a rookie at this, I was an auto mechanic that made a career of fixing rail car trains for a living. Kudos and a shout out to Adam Reid (front desk) and Joe (the mechanic). Joe made it happen and Adam brought it together. I got an oil and filter change, two new Falken tires in the front and a wheel alignment that was needed in the rear. I may not be a Ford guy but I'll take my Mercedes Benz to Quick Lane in Clermont from now on for maintenance due to Adam and Joe. Thanks guys! read more

The price advertised is not the price sold. Their "upgraded package" is forced upon you and not detailed in the advertised pricing. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that had 8,800 miles (basically new right?). Little did I realize that the car originated at Ford of Clermont and both owners before me appeared to have paid for the same upgraded package... When discussing the non-optional package with sales (not knowing the history at the time), their response was predicated on the fact they "invested the money already"-- and based on the Carfax they got the value back 3x. That's pretty shady. It has been 30 days since my purchase, and I haven't received my registration or tag, my temp tag expires today, I was sent to a voicemail at the dealership and the text chain I have with the salesman is not getting a response. I really wanted to believe and experience better than the reviews let on... I like my car hence the 2 stars... was overpriced and they definitely got the best of me with the "package" and my after market warranty (hopefully it works when needed). I purchased a Ford Bronco from Ford of Clermont for 10k over MSRP. I didn't see the 10k over MSRP supplemental sticker. It may have been there, I can't say it wasn't. I couldn't even see the window sticker, it was on a rear tinted passenger window. Not exactly in plain sight. The first time I actually saw the supplemental sticker was with my paperwork. I love the car but I think they took advantage of me right from the beginning. Attached is a picture of the information that was listed on their website for my car. They charged me almost 62k, and charged an additional delivery charge of $599. The finance manager was new, never did a Massachusetts registration. Explained it needed to be registered in 7 days. Instead they gave me a temporary Florida plate. My insurance company was calling wondering what was going on, threatening to terminate my insurance. He told me he was sending it to one runner but instead sent it to a title company, that sent it to a different runner who just dropped it of at the RMV. 12 days later and a ton of stress I finally get a registration. When you call the dealership 90% of the time you get this women in sales who asks "who's calling", you give your name, she asks "what is this in regards to", then you immediately go to voicemail. It's so unprofessional. You work in the sales industry. Just transfer the call! Then they took 39 days to payoff my trade in, even though the car was on the lot for sale. They said they were going to overnight it on on 5/4 but didn't send it out until 5/11. Then of course the package got lost. Then the title company put the title in my name, without the finance/Lien holder on the title and sent the title to me. Of course they were immediately ready to send out an overnight package. Love the Bronco but had a powertrain malfunction code at 1200 miles. This dealership did absolutely nothing right. read more

Warning to all: If you wish to purchase a Ford go to any other Ford Dealership other than Ford of Clermont. If you must use this dealership, make sure you demand copies of ALL conversations/negotiations. This dealership conveniently loses agreed price and then charges for items that were on the "lost" paperwork. Do not believe what your sales rep/manager tells you. My truck was so new it did not have a sticker. I was told that my truck had upgrades that were not on the truck. Service Dept. is no better. After having my truck for 3 days work was not completed even though I received 2 emails stating it was ready. I was without transportation for 4 days. It was not ready because I was told the bed topper could not be found. Yet, a worker said to me that it was there on the floor. read more

Ripped off let's start I had a no start problem with my truck. I'm Canadian they had my truck 4 weeks no whiten quote just told me over the phone I nee a body control module. and there were none available anywhere. i trusted there diagnostic but I was wrong to do so. 4 weeks after waiting and trying myself to locate parts and have them sent out for repair that it was not necessary. spending $500 trying to find my own parts so I could get home. every thing I dropped off did not help my situation. till a friend said let's go get it. and with a screwdriver my buddy started the truck. a mobIe mechanic got me on way to Canada with a simple wire a switch. now back in Canada a Ford dealership fixed it with a 10 cent fuse!! i would not recommend anyone take there cars there I payed $2200 for nothing my name is Tony Addorisio read more

Usually car dealerships are the worst, but Ford of Clermont is really stepping it up with renovations and good people. Cameron at Quick Lane today was dealing with techs not showing up, but they got 6-8 people in and out in just over an hour. The people who were here working were moving fast and working hard.
