However, when I got there, the employee told me they do not take appointments, which was a red flag for me. At the end of the quote, the employee inflated the numbers and doubled the labor fee, which was much higher than what I was initially told. When I checked their website for a pricing list, I found nothing. It seemed like this auto shop wanted customers to call them so they could quote whatever price they pleased. Despite my doubts, I went in person and found the staff to be incredibly unprofessional. They were swearing around customers and didn't seem to care about customer service at all. When the tires were installed, I was charged $180 for two bad tires that were mounted but unbalanced. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Spadafora's will overcharge you, do a poor job and break your vehicle in the process. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place."

The guys at Everett Auto Zone have been honest in the uo n up and have helped with parts search and helped me save money....other stores have been nice but no one went iuta their way kike these guys have. One I forget his name, the other three U call the KKK s lol ..Kevin, Kalvin, Karlo? Good guys man. I trust them. I'm looking for mechanic savvy guys who can help sanmve money so I can order parts in EBay etc and actually get some work done. I had gone to the AutoZone in Revere first -- the young woman at the register was very sweet and even came out to test my battery and alternator. She tried her best and told me they could charge my battery if I waited, but then came back to say her manager wouldn't allow it unless I took the battery out myself and brought it in. I was shocked and honestly disappointed. She suggested I try another location, so I called the Saugus AutoZone -- and that's when everything turned around. Roy picked up, and after I explained my situation, he told me to come right in and he'd take a look. Roy went ABOVE and beyond. He was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to remove my battery himself, made sure he had the correct tools, and walked me through everything with zero frustration or attitude. After two stressful weeks dealing with this issue, Roy's professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. Thank you SO much, Roy. I have two problem with this company. First their products and return policy…read more Bought a new car battery on early September then later I found out my car have problem to turn the car on. So I went to my mechanic to determined what was the issue. He think it was the battery and recommend go back to Advanced Auto. So I went to Advance auto and they checked my battery and found out it was the battery was a lemon. So they going to refunded my money. And told me to order online. Which is fine but there are 2 problem. They just jacked up the price by $10 and secondly i can't use the 20% discount and only able to use 10%. So it cause me i have to pay $28 more. How come they can't just let me exchange a new one so I don't have to went thru all the issue to order online + pay extra money for something it wasn't my issue?? Don't buy car battery in here. Unless you want to deal with bad products. And the staff don't feel bad or anything since i had to pay more and i have to installed my battery twice and wasted money + time + my mechanic cost.

He is not only professional and of great assistance in knowing the product line, but also in installing them. He is kind and unpatronizing and patient. When something is not available or not appropriate, he is able to provide answers or will take the time to look up what might work. Brings a great degree of excellence, customer service, and more importantly, knows how to engage customers to consider things that they might not know. But I am also impressed with his ability to get along with his colleagues, assist them when needed, and his knowledge of AutoZone's offerings. He alerted me to the reward service and how to use AutoZone. A real asset to the company and this store. I hope he has a long history with AutoZone. We were lied to and he was extremely deceitful. 4 lug nuts were missing from the truck after purchasing it, we were only give one key. The spare tire that we were given doesn't even fit the truck and the battery bracket was fixed half hazardously. A title was to be overnighted to us on January 26, but has yet to arrive. On top of all of this, we paid $245 in dealer doc fees for the dealer to register our truck. Except they didn't include the sales tax on the bill of sale that was presented to the bank for the loan. Since they weren't included, we are stuck paying the taxes out of pocket rather than in the loan. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since a resolution was not given. We do believe that the owner would like to help but the General Manager, Matt, dominated each phone call and didn't allow either my husband or myself to get a word in. Due to all the the problems, on the initial phone call with the owner, we were able to come up with a solution which involved returning the truck but Matt did not agree to this. DO NOT BUY FROM MATT...FIND ANOTHER SALES PERSON OR DEALER.
