I have two problem with this company. First their products and return policy…read more Bought a new car battery on early September then later I found out my car have problem to turn the car on. So I went to my mechanic to determined what was the issue. He think it was the battery and recommend go back to Advanced Auto. So I went to Advance auto and they checked my battery and found out it was the battery was a lemon. So they going to refunded my money. And told me to order online. Which is fine but there are 2 problem. They just jacked up the price by $10 and secondly i can't use the 20% discount and only able to use 10%. So it cause me i have to pay $28 more. How come they can't just let me exchange a new one so I don't have to went thru all the issue to order online + pay extra money for something it wasn't my issue?? Don't buy car battery in here. Unless you want to deal with bad products. And the staff don't feel bad or anything since i had to pay more and i have to installed my battery twice and wasted money + time + my mechanic cost.

I went here because I had just tried to order a rather expensive part from Napa a day before picking it up (I told them I'd be in the next day), but they never ordered it--then they even gave me a bunch of attitude when I asked them why they didn't order it ... they went so far as "I don't know who you spoke with. We probably sold the part." That would have left me without a car for a week, but luckily I found Autoparts International. They chatted with me a little about my repair, answered a couple questions I had. Actually, by chance the part I got, a Ranger camshaft synch, didn't quite fit, but after checking in with the manager they apologized for that and quickly refunded my money. That's happened to me once in a while with aftermarket parts. Whatever. Now I'm a camshaft synch pro. I'll definitely go back next time I need parts--which will likely be pads and rotors....and hopefully not my blower motor which is acting up. So in short, great team, great prices (no Autozone "Core" charges in my experience), they actually care about getting you the part you need on time (unlike Napa), and prompt delivery. They don't try to sell you extra parts. And, solid Saturday hours--they're open till 3.
