My wife's 2020 Honda had a dead battery. I wasn't sure if it was still under warranty but with it being after hours I couldn't get a new battery from the dealership. Fortunately Advance Auto was open and had the right battery. Fast forward two days, I learned that the dealership would give me a new battery If I was able to bring back the old one. Advance had already packaged up my old battery to be shipped off but,thanks to the GM and his two associates, they were able to dig through 3 pallets and find my old battery. Advance gave me a refund for the battery I bought from them and the dealership accepted my exchange. Big thanks to the Advance Auto team! read more

Rude manager that talks down to people. When asked a simple question he rambles on forever about everything he thinks he knows. They've also priced matched big name stores in the past. I've got a price match there probably over 20 times in the past 3 years. This time I was told they don't price match big name stores and never have. This came from the rude store manager that gave me the match in the past! This store will never get my business again. read more

I went to 2 other places that were friendly but 1 didn't have my battery in stock, the other was a 4 hour wait. I called, confirmed they had what I needed, and within 5-10 minutes I had my battery and jimmy installed it immediately . Everyone was helpful and customer service was great. The price of a battery for a newer car tugged at my heart for a second but that isn't a workers fault. Definitely recommend, especially if you're in a hurry. read more

I had my credit card number stolen after making a purchase at this store. I did not use my credit card for two months prior to making a purchase here, so no great detective work was needed to see where the incident occurred. I called the manager and asked him to see if it was an employee possibly; I will wait to hear back. read more

My battery died this morning before work, on my hour break I had to run home, jump my car and zip to Advance Auto Parts. With the hurricane coming, beach residents evacuating, and the rain coming down, Whitney QUICKLY took initiative to assist me as soon as I walked. She was able to ring me up, enroll me in their system, take my payment, even inform me of specials and give me details about their different types of batteries. Whitney sprinted out the door to replace my battery, I have never seen someone work so fast and professional. It started raining a little but this did not stop her, she finished the job with a smile on her face, gracefully said good bye and I was out of there. I am so grateful that I went to this location and thankful that Whitney was there to help. Last time I took my other car to this location, still was a great visit. Smooth, quick process. read more

I'm going to have to give them just two stars today whereas normally they would receive a higher rating. I went up to the counter and someone asked to help me immediately which is good. However, as she was trying to help me, the phone rang and she answered it. Instead of putting them on hold and continuing to help me since i was the first customer she carried on a very extended conversation with the phone caller about brakes and pads for his '93 Chevy truck. For the caller she looked several things up on her computer, talked about prices, she talked about different brakes and pads, etc. until finally I told her to please wait on me since I was there first. She did not like that and rolled her eyes and glared at me but finally gave in and put the phone caller on hold. Am I right or am I right? Shouldn't you always wait on the customer that is there in front of you instead of putting people who call on the phone first? Call me out on it if you think I'm wrong but I would say don't let the woman in there that has long V-shaped fingernails help you if she's going to get an attitude. read more
