I swapped out the car battery, tried to start my car, and started to get nervous when it didn't turn on. I went back inside the store and asked Kaileen if she'd be able to help me. She quickly got a portable car jump starter and went outside to jump start my car. When the portable jump starter she had didn't work, she went and got another one. The second one worked and my car started up. Kaileen explained that sometimes Toyotas, like mine, have issues accepting new batteries, which requires the need for jump starts. I wasn't charged any extra for the help she gave me. As it turns out, Kaileen is the store manager. This place has quality workers and didn't try to price gouge me when I needed a little bit of help.

As a single mom who knows nothing about cars, it is so important to have a car service center that I can trust and rely on. Cabe has always been that and I'm truly grateful. My most recent experience has been with my 2019 Prius Prime which I purchased here and have had all my service here. Shortly after getting routine maintenance, I had my temperature light come on. I called on a Saturday morning, they told me to come in even without an appt and outside of walk in hours. By 3pm, they found that I needed a new engine water pump - a costly repair but thankfully covered with my extended Toyota warranty. Highly recommend getting an extended warranty when purchasing a used vehicle as I'm a currently at 115k miles. They informed me that this would be covered with my warranty. My car was fixed and ready for pickup by Monday and the cost was $0. Special shoutout to Erick for such great customer service, accommodating me, and making sure the service process was a smooth as possible. 10/10 recommend Cabe Toyota!

My V6 Rav4 takes at least 5-6 quarts of synthetic oil, so oil changes at local, cheap shops ended up being comparable in price as the dealer. My car is almost 18 years old with over 225k miles, and is a testament to the quality and care that has been put into it. I was skeptical to come here at first with the presumption that they would try to find other "issues" to upsell me. However, over the course of several years, I have not found that to be the case. If anything, l've had to bring things to their attention if they didn't notice! What I love most is that they offer a ride to-and-from home when you drop your car off for service. They have their own shuttle driver, but will order you an Uber/Lyft ride if the wait is a while. They used to wash your car after their maintenance service as well, but haven't done that in a while. Instead, they give you a free wash at the drive-through wash next door. Hey, better than nothing! If you prefer to wait there, the lobby is spacious with plenty of seating, vending machines as well as a coffee machine. I will say that they charge an arm and a leg for labor on some things that need to be done, however. In these cases, I would shop around and compare prices on repairs. Nonetheless, their customer service is pretty good. Although they take walk ins, appointments are recommended. An oil change takes a couple of hours with an appointment.

Just bring your part back and return it if you have an issue why would you complain over the phone? These guys have never done me wrong and if I got a bad part (which honestly I don't think I ever did except once because I always made sure to give the right information) I would go back and exchange it like a customer. There is no need to call on the phone and cry about it and create drama. Just go back and swap it or get a return. Hands down good prices, and able to get parts other places don't even have. Just know what you need and they'll let you know if they got it.

Setting an appointment was easy and effortless online. Ariana was helpful and straightforward. I knew what services I was getting, what fees I was expected to pay, and how long I will be waiting. While waiting, the lobby space is clean and spacious with WiFi access, so I was able to get my work done on a weekday. I also wanted to check ahead of time regarding my lease and once my lease is up, I am definitely coming back for that 25 or 26 Atlas Cross-Sport. When my service was completed, I received a nice video inspection provided by the maintenance team and to my surprise, Ariana was able to waive the service fee as my car was still under warranty. He said I could bring my old battery for recycling and get a refurbished one for a good price here. I get anxious doing new things so I pushed it off a little longer than I should have. But after getting a street sweeping ticket last week (Long Beach right?!) I knew I had to put on my big girl panties and get it done. It took 8 minutes from the moment I parked my car to the moment I drove off the lot. The workers were fast and helpful.
