Everytime I've come, Dustin has been in positive spirits and has been able to answer any question I've had related to issues with my car or just general curiosity. After a recent visit of simply getting 1 quart of oil, I damaged my bumper in the parking lot. Dustin was willing to help me temporarily fix the bumper simply with zip ties in a far much better way than I would have even been able to think of and it enabled me to drive again. This allowed me the opportunity to even get it fixed without too much excessive damage. He has always been very professional, knowledgeable, and obviously great at multitasking, but his empathy deserves acknowledgement this time. As a single mom who knows nothing about cars, it is so important to have a car service center that I can trust and rely on. Cabe has always been that and I'm truly grateful. My most recent experience has been with my 2019 Prius Prime which I purchased here and have had all my service here. Shortly after getting routine maintenance, I had my temperature light come on. I called on a Saturday morning, they told me to come in even without an appt and outside of walk in hours. By 3pm, they found that I needed a new engine water pump - a costly repair but thankfully covered with my extended Toyota warranty. Highly recommend getting an extended warranty when purchasing a used vehicle as I'm a currently at 115k miles. They informed me that this would be covered with my warranty. My car was fixed and ready for pickup by Monday and the cost was $0. Special shoutout to Erick for such great customer service, accommodating me, and making sure the service process was a smooth as possible. 10/10 recommend Cabe Toyota!

My V6 Rav4 takes at least 5-6 quarts of synthetic oil, so oil changes at local, cheap shops ended up being comparable in price as the dealer. My car is almost 18 years old with over 225k miles, and is a testament to the quality and care that has been put into it. I was skeptical to come here at first with the presumption that they would try to find other "issues" to upsell me. However, over the course of several years, I have not found that to be the case. If anything, l've had to bring things to their attention if they didn't notice! What I love most is that they offer a ride to-and-from home when you drop your car off for service. They have their own shuttle driver, but will order you an Uber/Lyft ride if the wait is a while. They used to wash your car after their maintenance service as well, but haven't done that in a while. Instead, they give you a free wash at the drive-through wash next door. Hey, better than nothing! If you prefer to wait there, the lobby is spacious with plenty of seating, vending machines as well as a coffee machine. I will say that they charge an arm and a leg for labor on some things that need to be done, however. In these cases, I would shop around and compare prices on repairs. Nonetheless, their customer service is pretty good. Although they take walk ins, appointments are recommended. An oil change takes a couple of hours with an appointment.

Recently I discovered that I had a minor issue starting my car and I made an educated guess that…read morethe issue was car battery since it had been a couple of years since the last swap. I didn't want to go to AutoZone or O'Reilly Auto Parts because there's no guarantee that one of the employees will assist customers with installing a battery, so I did a little more searching on Yelp and decided to drive to Long Beach to one of Continental Battery Systems locations. I didn't make any reservation and simply walked in 30 minutes before the 5 PM closing time and was able to park immediately. One of the staff members was able to test my battery and confirmed that it was bad. They offered new ($200+ for an L2/H5/47CP Automotive Battery) or used ($60+) batteries and I decided to get a brand-new one. The new battery has a 3-year warranty and the used battery has a shorter warranty (just a few months). There was a $15 service fee + sales tax so the grand total was approximately $250. The staff was able to complete the installation quickly and I left the shop in 15 minutes. Overall friendly staff and efficient service. Now I know where to go if I ever need a battery replacement - save me time trying to figure it out myself as the shop has all the tools and experienced staff members to make battery installation easy.

The first one lasted well over four years but it was starting to feel just a little weak so rather than risk having a dead battery and having to call the auto club, I drove back over to their conveniently located shop and I was in and out with a new battery in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and actually down sold me from a more expensive battery saying the power draw on my car wouldn't warrant it. In short, both of my experiences with this place have been great.
