Employee at the counter was helpful and also stated that they could order it or I could drive to one of the other locations that had my particular battery in stock. Didn't end up ordering it as I went back to Auto Zone to order it since they offered free installation and it is closer to my home. Was a little confused as I initially looked up Pep Boys and they must be owned by the same company. Pep Boys was the auto service side and Advanced is the auto parts store.

But anyways, my AAA guy had to tell me to the nearest AutoZone and this is the closest one. Because my car had a misfire, therefore I had to change and replace the spark plugs. He was sweet enough to help me get them and also help me fixed them! He didn't have to, but he did. It was such a blessing HE WAS AMAZING! My AAA guy came later and bought me the rest of the spark plugs that I needed. The other worker James was amazing too! He helped me figure out more of the problem as well, and recommended me the better oil for my car. The whole team was AMAZING OVER ALL. And I would definitely come here again. Thank you so much! Friendly staff greets you and there's a self checkout close to the exit door, which makes it easy when you know what you need, like a quart of oil. Parking is available in the back too. Patrons come and go really quickly, so be patient and a spot will open up when full.

Take your money somewhere else!!!!…read more Went for some repairs on my Kia soul just needed a camshaft sensor replaced but over the next few day my check engine light kept turning on. 1st day camshaft sensor replacement $200 - second day light came back on took it back needed some more work $700 - third day got it back my entire engine went out quoting me $7k. Not once didn't anyone mention "hey your car might have some bigger issues". So basically I took it in to get fixed and it came back worst then I gave it to them. Everyone was "nice" but definitely felt like they were hiding behind a smile. No one explained to me that engine failure was a possibility... it definitely seems like some shady things go on here. I took my KIA to them after giving them a second chance because last time I went there for repairs on my Nissan THEY CRASHED MY CAR. (They paid for repairs but still). In short try anywhere else!!
