The weather was awful with cold high winds yet the employee who came out to my car was so kind and helpful. He ran multiple diagnostic tests on my vehicle and determined that my battery was ok and alternator were ok. The battery had most likely just been drained from something that had happened while in the care of Tire discounters. O'Reillys gets five star from me since the employee was super helpful, even though I did not purchase anything from the store.
