After giving him the year and model of my vehicle, he informed me that I had two different price options due to the turbo: $37.99 or about $68 for synthetic. I went with the cheaper option for now but will go synthetic in the future. He also stated they go by appointment only on Saturdays but they had a cancellation so I was able to get a 10:00 a.m. appointment. After arriving and completing the rebate for my oil change, I took a seat in the waiting room. What a cozy space! A small kitchenette houses a coffee machine and a mini fridge holds bottled water. There are also drink and snack vending machines. There are some toys for the kiddos and a nice flat screen TV with Direct TV. Deep-set leather chairs (four of them) cushion you and are super comfortable. There is also a love seat for additional seating. While waiting, one of the service advisers came into the waiting room and asked those of us waiting if we'd like water or coffee. Even though we were all capable of getting it ourselves, that gesture was a great representation of their level of customer service. My entire stay was about an hour which is what I expected. I wasn't in a hurry and I know from working at dealerships in the past that Saturdays can be quite busy for service departments. Charlie, the assistant service manager, was who I dealt with. He was extremely helpful from start to finish. The other gentleman, I think his name was Eddie, was very helpful, too. Besides the oil change, my car also had a leak somewhere near the transfer case, so I left the ol' girl behind so the necessary repairs could be made while still under warranty. I was given a loaner vehicle to drive while my car was being serviced, which is fun because it's always nice to have a brand new car for a few days. Zoom zoom. The dealership itself is beautiful and all of those sexy, brand new Mazdas were enticing, but I didn't go near the showroom as I wanted to avoid the temptation. I've had my car for six months so I am definitely not in the market for anything any time soon. The hubby is next in line for that and I have no doubt that when we are ready, we will purchase from here. We love our Mazdas and every employee I dealt with here has given me confidence in being lifetime Continental Mazda customers.

After servicing my vehicle, the dealership installed a part incorrectly and returned the vehicle without properly inspecting its work. My vehicle also had extensive damage that was not present when I brought it in. The leather and seats were cut and scratched, other areas of the interior were scratched, and the exterior of the vehicle was scratched as well. A portion of the cigarette lighter/ashtray compartment was also broken. The dealership placed the large, dirty protective vehicle cover inside the passenger area and left it across my back seat. I was allowed to drive all the way home without anyone telling me it was there. I did not discover it until my daughter asked what the dirty cover was doing in the back seat. I am attaching photographs that clearly show: The part that was installed incorrectly The cuts and scratches to the leather and seats The scratches and damage throughout the interior The scratches to the exterior of the vehicle The broken portion of the cigarette lighter/ashtray compartment The dirty protective cover left inside my vehicle These photographs show exactly how Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park returned my vehicle to me. I immediately contacted Mercedes-Benz USA and was told that a case had been opened. I was given a case number and expected someone to contact me about the improper work and damage. Despite being assigned a case number, I never received the promised follow-up or any meaningful resolution. This was not a minor inconvenience. My vehicle was improperly reassembled, damaged inside and outside while in the dealership's care, and returned to me in an unacceptable condition. My complaint was then ignored. A luxury dealership should carefully inspect its work and treat every customer's property with professionalism and respect. Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park failed to do so. I own two Mercedes-Benz vehicles and have supported this brand, but this experience has completely changed how I feel about Mercedes-Benz. Because of the improper workmanship, extensive damage, lack of accountability, and failure to follow up, I will never purchase another Mercedes-Benz. Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park and Mercedes-Benz USA need to accept responsibility, correctly install the part, repair all interior and exterior damage, and explain why my complaint was never properly addressed. This is unacceptable business practice for any dealership--especially one representing the Mercedes-Benz name. I have damage to the outside photos as well

He had just over 10,000 miles on the vehicle and they already talked him into a cabin air filter. When I called, they said they sent him a video of the air filter which we all know how that goes. There's always one on hand at the service department that you can take a picture of or bring out to show the customer before you screw them. Anyway, before you buy a car here keep this in mind maybe check out the service department ask questionsand maybe choose a different dealer. Pep Boys does a tire rotation for $10 including additional services and the cabinet air filters that I found online go between nine dollars and $18 and they're not very hard to put in yourself.
