One locations says they won't replace the tires until they are 1. Another says they are a 2. Each location has some bs. Today Rose told me since i am 1 they won't be able to do any service since i was supposed to have them replaced at 2. The last location said they won't replace them at a 2. Each location has some bs built in to do absolutely nothing for you. zero customer service. Rose said the only person that override a decision is off until Saturday. Why would i waste my time to come back on a busy Saturday. They are set up to fail you as a customer. Don't fall into the trap & waste your money here!

Eventually they "couldn't believe how many warranty issues I had," and told me that "a simple internet search would teach me about the best light bulbs." In my opinion, I had paid them to to advise me about my purchase options, and didn't expect my intelligence to be insulted. I also got lectured about how a paint chip would cause today in the custom bumper they refused to warranty, ad nauseum, before I got a chance to say that there was no chip. Condescending and argumentive, on top of incompetent became too much. I had to threaten to sue to get them to make it (partially) right, and, even then, their new corporate offices were completely unresponsive. If I had it to do again, I WOULDN'T.

Nick was so easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable. Handed over the keys peaked out the window a few times and he was busy making my car look amazing. I had a missing ring that I could never find even on my hands and knees, moving my seat back-and-forth and searching. He found the ring for me and placed it in my cupholder. Nick is amazing!
