Next day, it's squealing louder than I've ever heard before. Called a few days later, like, "How is my Jeep worse today, than it was when I brought it in?" The explanation WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING, was "You might need a new bearing in one of the pulleys!" This was AFTER the courtesy check they're supposed to do when installing a new part. After I said no to the $2K tires they recommended, no to the oil change, no to transmission and transfer case fluid change the final $1300 bill with a bundled Fuel System Cleaning that I didn't ask for, I now have another problem I didn't have before. I feel I deserved one as my tire had twice the amount of required air and could have popped and caused an accident. And that could of possibly damaged my alternator and electric system because it was in my car 4 months. The manager, district and regional manager had poor customer service . They wanted me to pay for my mechanic to reinstall the new alternator I had to put in my car because a to large of a battery could of damaged my old alternator, nit to mention that alternator was new. I had to send 11 emails and countless texts to get correct battery and alternator exchange. Nit to mention when second battery was put in,the worker put my connections on wrong and my car shut down on the road. I have pics.

I have been trying to source out a part for a 2014 Crosstrek that had an electronic fault, even after recall. It's been throwing out 3-4 check engine lights and 2 codes. But, that's another story. Back to Mark D., he was polite, professional, well informed about cars, and most of all, the epitome of service! He looked up the part # and even had to locate a cross reference #, due to the discontinued OEM part. Mark D., was busy on this Saturday morning, and offered to do a little more searching for me. He asked if he could try and do more to provide me some options..."can I call you back in about 15 minutes?" And Yes, he called me back when he said he would! Mark provided me with options and shared some suggestions too. He explained that his store closes at 4pm today and if I call back before then, he can place my order or go online @ advanceautoparts.com. To me, Mark is the kind of guy to have on your side when you are stressing over your car! I hope corporate sees this and can appreciate and reward his dedication! Kudos Mark D. you rock!
