It was 7:38 PM when I picked up the order and was told since it is already dark, we are unable to perform anything on a vehicle but I will be fine since online stated it is compatible with my vencible. Fast forward to getting home, the battery did not fit in the vehicle. Returned to the store the next day in hopes to get the correct battery but was handled by an employee who was more interested in processing the return. I permitted the return and decided to go to Autozone. Not only did the employee state he could not reprint (yes reprint because there was no receipt paper in the machine), his manager reconfirmed he could not and if I wanted confirmation I could reach out to customer service. My concern is the "return receipt" would confirm we processed a return for a battery over $200. Thankfully, Autozone was able to immediately get the correct battery installed!

The combined mileage for the 5 cars is approximately 785,000 and counting. While it is not uncommon to have a Toyota or Honda for 125-200 thousand miles, that doesn't happen if the auto garage one uses isn't proactive, thorough and offer very fair pricing. I was just there (Hi-Tech) this week for a slow-leak in one of my tires. My car was brought into one of the bays and checked; 15 minutes later I was driving home. Tire was fixed, warning light was re-set and I was on my way. I was there for less than 30 minutes. For my five cars over the 20+ years, Hi-tech has exclusively handled the regular maintenance and as cars aged all the "bigger ticket" maintenance.
