Sara needs to seriously get trained or fired by the corporate office. Came in 2 days ago just looking for a battery and waited in line for 35 minutes before she helped me. 2 other customers walked in and were helped by the "commercial" counter before I was even said a word to. Once she finally started to help it went bad immediately. From the snarky replies to the cussing and laughing with her co-worker. She then said they were too busy to help me put in the battery (I was the only one in the store at this point) and when I asked to just borrow tools she said no and that I should just take it to a shop if I don't know how to put it in. (How does that even make sense? I've been working on cars for 20 years) I asked for her managers name and she said "I am the manager" (your telling me she has no one above her?? If so this company needs to reconsider its hiring processes) will not be taking my money back to this location. The one on north ave is way better. Worst customer service I've experienced in years. She's the only one at this location I would say AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Either she needs to quit or someone needs to check in on her service when she's the only manager on duty. read more

Whenever I need something for my car or have a question. I drive out to this location for assistance. The team members at this location is always willing to help and answer your questions. The team members don't try to second guess or try to get over cause your a woman. If they can't figure out the issue or don't have the parts your looking for they will recommend you to other locations. I've never had any issues with this location very professional and the whole team staff here are nice and super helpful. read more

Anthony, was a great help. My car was acting funny and we came to the closest Auto Zone to see what was wrong. Anthony ran a check on the car and I needed a spark plug to be replaced. This was my second visit to this store. The first time I appreciated the help I received but this time not only did I receive great service, the young man who helped me offered to install the wiper blade I just purchased, On our way out to my car I tripped and face planted I the sidewalk. the young man stayed with me to make sure I was OK then went and got me towels and bandaids to deal with the cuts and scrapes on my hands and nose. I don't know much about cars, so I'm glad I can come here and get the help I need. I trust them for parts for my Toyota Prius because it's much cheaper to buy them here than to purchase them from the dealer. They even help change some of the equipment so I don't have to get myself dirty or pay an inflated fee at mechanic shops. Luckily, my car hasn't required too much servicing. I owe that in part to AutoZone for helping me keep my car in good running condition with their fuel injector cleaners and air filters. They also keep my car smelling nice with their huge stock of car air fresheners. I just hope they get the Fabreze ones in. I think those are the best, but I still have a soft spot for the iconic tree-shaped scents. read more

They are pretty helpful unless you know what your looking for. As far as parts go there pretty good, but don't have everything. (Depending on what you drive). They're reward system is ok, but I have seen better ones. Everything else is pretty good. read more

These guys were extremely helpful. I was having problems with my car that I suspected were stemming from a faulty alternator, so I took my car in. They did a preliminary test free of charge, and then once I pulled my alternator off, they did a better test on it, also free. The new alternator was the cheapest I could find. Pepboys had a used one for over 30 bucks more. They gave me free jumps, diagnostics, and even gave me a 10 percent discount because they didn't have anything for military discounts. I know it's not the biggest name in the auto industry, but these guys were great. They knew exactly what they were talking about. read more
