Do not use this company. I had a water leak with my whirlpool washer. Yes they came out fast which was great but they wanted to charge me over 400 dollars. My water supply line was clearly leaking and due to gravity the water was leaking under my washer. They quoted me over 200 dollars plus labor to replace the water supply line and preceded to tell me I needed to replace the rubber gasket inside the front loader. That was another 248 dollars plus labor and also told me I needed a plumber because the water valves were bad as well. So my plumber friend came out and the only thing that was wrong was a 50 cent rubber gasket that is in all hoses but just to be safe changed out both water supply lines $37.00 yes that's 37 dollars and also called whirlpool directly and they said their should be no problem with the inner gasket of the front loader machine. Please do your homework with these appliance repair companies. They are clearly con artist. Remember that $37 for water supply lines. It took less than 5 minutes. read more

It was a process, but they got the job done. After coming back from a mini vacation, we discovered our fridge was waaaaay too quiet and things just didn't seem right. Thankfully I did a deep fridge/freezer clean before we left, because when I noticed our not-so-modern Modern Maid fridge was suddenly quiet, that meant it was time to call for service. Since our fridge just will...not...officially...die, we called our warranty company and they connected us with Advanced Appliance Repair. We received two rounds of service. During round one, a guy came out to assess the issue and determined we needed to have a cooler coil, or something like that, replaced. Turns out he needed to order the part (not surprised), and because it was the end of the day, he planned a round two visit to finish the job. Since the fridge is so old, he had to literally tip the fridge over to reach and replace the old part. When it came time for him to do that, I left the room and let my hubby watch. I planned for it to be a nightmare, but my hubby said it wasn't that bad ;-) All in all, we were happy with the service we received, because we now have a great working very old fridge. I will say there was a communication breakdown in the beginning and their round two visit got delayed by a day. The technician was really nice and gave us some tips to keep it running better. This company did what they set out to do. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and replaced that old sucker. read more

They were assigned to me by American Home Shield. They said they'd be out Tuesday between 10-2 . They called the morning of my appointment and said they'd there closer to noon. Noon came and went. Then they called and said 1:30 and 1:30 came and went. Then it was 3. The service tech showed up at 2:57 and was very difficult to understand due to a language barrier. He was here for all of 10 minutes and said he couldn't fix it. I asked what would happen next and was told they'd submit the paperwork to AHS on Wednesday, they didn't. I called AHS on Thursday and they called the company and was told it'd be faxed over in 15-20 minutes. 15-20 minutes came and went. Then I called about another 20 minutes after that to ask about it and was very rudely told "I can't get this work done if the phone is ringing off the hook about this." She said she'd fax it over in a minute. I asked why it hadn't been done on Wednesday like I was told and she got angry with me and said "I'm here trying to work and I can't get it done with all the calls." Then she told me a 20 minutes to a half hour before it'd get faxed over. At that point I felt totally defeated and just hung up. If given the choice to use their services in the future, I would not. read more

I discover my fridge doesn't provide cool temperature and freezer doesn't work at all. I remember announce on Russian radio NVC and found on their web phone number of Advanced Appliance Repair Services, Inc. I couldn't believe they came on the same day, check my fridge and realize that the compressor is almost dead. What is most valuable and professional Leonid explains me my options: the compressor is on LG warranty (is less than 10 years), but repairing labor is not. But it depends on me if I can demand from LG payment of the labor. I ended had problem with my LG fridge all 8 years. Two times professionals from APT came and did nothing. Did not complete the repair on our dryer. Did not connect the vent nor correctly plug in the control panel wiring after replacing the broken part. Fuse kept popping because of the incorrect wiring of control panel. read more

I used this place one before to fix my washer and they were extremely professional. I recently had an issue with my dryer and I could not be more upset by the lack of customer service. They had to order a part for my dryer. After the serviceman came out to find out what it needed he advised me his mgr would have to call me back. I contacted the manager on Monday and he gave me a quote of $200. I asked if they gave military discounts, nope. He said he would however knock off $10. The serviceman gets here and starts working. He calls me down to let me know that he didn't completely put my dryer back together the last time he was here and is missing a screw. He said don't worry it will still work. Then proceeds to tell me that my total is $205. I ask if if it's ok I use a coupon I found on their website. He gets mad at me cuts me off and says his mgr already gave me $10 off. So I asked politely if I could use the $20 off coupon I found on the site instead of the $10 one.. fine, whatever he tells me. I ask why the price went up from the original quote and he shows me a notepad with two numbers he can't tell me where he got and says that's what he was told by his mgr. I said its only $5 that's not the issue.. it's what I was told originally and the way I'm being treated. He left a mess in my laundry room. I have a missing screw in my dryer. And I will never trust this service again. read more
