These guys are amazing! My 2011 BMW was shaking profusely for the past couple of days. In fact, it actually stopped on me once. When I took my car there, the mechanic quickly told me that 3 of my car's 6 cylinders were not working, so basically I was running with half the machine out! I dropped the car to Nick at around 5ish, and was ready for pickup by 3pm the next dy. Nick and Gary were fantastic about diagnosing the problem and able to get my car back to me the same day. They went above and beyond the dealership and i greatly appreciated their work. Ok if you want to seriously have your car fixed without the usual adding problems and sticking it to you at the end let me tell about Advanced auto care first off the workers are experienced and the right team cohesively work great. The employees all know how to fix anything the team consists of older experienced mechanics. The owner is always there well when I've been there one time he goes out of his way, to get a part from auto zone across the street and buying a part my car needed. I don't even think it was repair just something that was annoying me. He wouldn't charge me for it. Saying it was nothing. The wait time is fast because the minute you pull in, that car is ready to be fixed the job is impeccable the environment is serious everything is done in front of you so if you need synthetic oil you will get synthetic oil. If you aren't sure if they really cleaned or changed the filter or flushed the oil it's all done in front of you. All cars all kinds go I'm serious all these people can't be wrong and here's the mind bender his prices are affordable like great affordable anyone can afford it. These guys are really masters of their craft. They have an innate understanding of cars that cannot be matched. My Mercedes engine was giving me problem, so I took it in to get it repaired. The mechanic knew exactly what the problem was, and gave me some advice of what to avoid doing while driving to prevent such a problem from reoccurring. At Advanced Auto Care they do their best to get you in/out as fast as they can, while still doing really solid work. So far I've taken my car to get an oil change (done in 15 mins) and a coolant flush/rear break pad change was done in 2 hours. They give you a time and they really stick to it, and to top it off their pricing is very fair & competitive. The best mechanic shop experience!! My car overheated and I barely made it to his shop. I thought my radiator blew out and I was ready to spend hundreds of dollars based off other quotes I got calling around before. After dropping off my car Advanced Auto Care called me back saying your car is ready and it was just a plastic connection part that broke and he replaced it with an aluminium one. Came here for an oil change and a radiator fluid flush. Was greeted by two older gentleman who took in my car and started working on it. They were both very knowledgeable, and took really good care of my car. They put in missing screws are for the plastic shields under my car free of charge. They even wiped clean dust under the hood. Taking care of my car as their own. Nick came in a little later and took over the job. He completed the oil change and fluid flush. The whole thing was a pleasant experience. On my way home however, the warning light on my dashboard came on. This was scary for me because I thought maybe the fluid wasn't topped up and my engine could seize. I drove slowly and made it home. Called Nick to tell him about my issue. He came to my home immediately to take a look at it. We were not able to recreate the issue but he told me to call him if it comes on again. I just really appreciate that he really stood by his work and went as far as to driving to me to make sure I was satisfied. There is no other place to take your car than Advance Autos. It's a family owned place so there is no overhead cost to jack up the service price and they are as knowledgeable as the dealership service guys without being costly. I've brought all my cars here and they have done an excellent job taking care of my car and my wallet. Every time I go I see high end cars such as Mercedes, BMWs, Range, Masaratis and so forth. The shop is stocked loaded with all the tools a dealership would have, and and the workers look like they have been in the business 30+ years. The customer service is great, very kind and polite people who are genuinely interested in helping you out and getting you out on your way. Honestly there is no other place I would take my car to get serviced. Talking to the owner a while back ago he told me of all the jobs that he has done and it just blew my mind.
