When my dad passed I was stressed because I didn't know what to do with the cars since my dad was the one who handled maintenance on them. I saw the sticker on the window had expert auto on it and decided to bring it back there since if my dad trusted them it must be good. I was right, not only was Arturo sensitive to my dad's passing he treated me and my mom like family , I never feel like he's taking advantage of us that other places will tend to do, he never charges us for things we don't need. Sometimes when my mom and I have a question or slight problem like a light not working he tells us to stop by and if it's a small fix he asks for nothing in return. We have numerous conveniently located auto mechanic options here in the Eagle Rock area. It's is this reason which prompted my review today. I have been using Expert Auto Centers services for two years now. That being said, I am also on the lookout for the best deal. So rather than first going to Expert Auto Center, I decided to give the other local shops a shot. My goodness, what an Expensive lesson This turned out to be! After 5 separate auto fix-it companies and $2000, my car remained with the same problem. It felt like the only thing these "mechanics" tended to was my bank balance. It seemed no body was able to help me and fix my trusted Oldsmobile. That is, until I pulled into EXPERT AUTO CENTERS lot. Upon arrival I was met with a delightfully well kept, tidy location. I noticed this because one of the other auto shops kept an old, rusty refrigerator lying on it's side among other scraps of metal and tires. Arturos shop, on the other hand, did NOT subscribe to that type of neglect. The entire property from the driveway to Arturos office was neat and inviting. This attention to detail carried beyond cleanliness to amazing customer service and professionalism. Arturo took the time to examine my vehicle, then he  clearly explained to me where his competition fell short in their attempts to repair my car. He made this assesment process so understandable that my concerns were put to rest. After PROPERLY repairing my Alero, I braced myself for yet another blow to my pocketbook. I watched the mechanics work swiftly and efficiently, so I assumed that because none of the employees were dragging their feet, I was in store for high-end labor prices. I was wrong. I left with a sense of genuine relief and peace of mind. I knew that not only was my precious vehicle cared for but that I was in good hands and in no way being swindled.
