Avoid this place. You go in for 1 thing and you leave paying for 10 things. These guys just "find" things wrong with the car just so they could charge you/rob you. Way too expensive, they tell you you are getting a good deal , but in reality you are paying way more than you should. I got my front axle replaced and they put in the wrong seal. So the axle was still leaking and I had to take it back in to get it redone . They messed up my steering , the steering wheel makes a clicking noise now. And my car rolls to the right . I paid over $3k for this place to return my vehicle in worse condition. They suspected a cylinder leak, I agreed to have the vehicle repaired. When I picked up the car after a month it wouldn't even make it home without starting to smoke black smoke from the engine. Advanced auto repair provided me with incredibly fast and affordable service!! They were able to order new parts and fix the car all in one day and all the mechanics were so friendly and seemed to really care about me and my car!! I am currently on a road trip with a car that is 20 years old with about 270k miles.. the trip has caused many issues, from the driveshaft falling off to a massive oil leak. I called this shop because on the last leg of the journey from Vegas, my car could not drive faster than 40mph and made a very loud rattle noice. I thought that it was done for... But this shop might of saved my cars life and given me peace of mind on my journey back to Washington State!! I called in the afternoon and they were available to check my car out first thing the next day. They quickly, and for a discount, examined my car. When they identified the problems, they were able to order the parts and have them delivered that day! They even kept me up to date with the repairs by sending periodic text messages and pictures of the damages and repairs. And while they were working on the car, they found some other issues and fixed them WITHOUT CHARGING ME! Probably saving me 200 hundred dollars... The most incredible part was this was all done in 8 hours, saving me from having to get a rental or a hotel nearby since I am from out of town. On top of it all, the mechanics were so friendly and helpful! They were very clear and transparent about the cost of every part and the cost of the labor. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I took my car in to get a check engine light looked at so she would pass smog. They Did replace the sensors that needed replacing, however in the process they took days longer than initially estimated, leaving me without a vehicle to take to work, AND they did a coolant flush that they did not ask me to preform, and i did not ask for. Not only did they charge me for it, but it was the death blow for my water pump, which was working perfectly fine before I took it in. ADDITIONALLY, part of the initial problem was that they needed to replace my thermostat, which they did INCORRECTLY so the valve isn't closing and my coolant is running colder than it should. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything more intensive than an oil change. I would also like to point out that they offer a discount if you leave them a five star review in Yelp and Google, so make of that what you will read more

Not only does the owner Bo have terrible service (as you can see from his response to my first review), but now on top of that he just proved to be a lair (text conversation attached). Didn't mentioned he was adding new oil at an extra charge. Only over priced me in a transmission flush. Then when he made a mistake and couldn't fix my car, he put new oil in a broken transmission without my consent. Doesn't make sense for me to approve new oil in a broken transmission, total waste of money. But at least my review will always be here for everyone to see that Bo is a fraud and hopefully it will help whoever reads it stay way from his shop. read more
