Ants. So many ants. I hate ants so much. Maybe its the weather, maybe it the heat, I don't know but they just took over my house. Suddenly and over night. I desperately searched Yelp and Advanced popped up as an option for ant treatment. I communicated through Yelp and scheduled them to come out and inspect and give me and estimate. A technician, Arice, came out and met with my husband during the day. He found the nest. Yuck! Is there any more awful description than a "nest" of bugs. I'm so grossed out! They were under our upper patios ground cover. My husband said it was like an ant condominium association under there. I chose the lesser of the treatment options. I figured that winter is coming and I usually don't have issues over the winter. One round of treatment should hold us over and if needed I can call them back. I've only had one other issues with ants and that was like 6 years ago. I'm hedging my bet that these instances of ins-ant-aty are few and far between. The first round worked immediately. We only had a few stragglers. I hope they were desperately lost and alone before I killed them. Anyway our tech came back around 10 days after the first round and finished the last of the treatment. Again there is not a hint of ants. We have had one or two instances of stragglers. I keep bleach spray handy to wipe down the surfaces now but I don't give it a second thought because they aren't taking over like they were. If this happens again next year, you know who I'm calling. read more

Everything about my experience with Advanced IPM was top-notch - the service was professional and friendly and the quality of the work exceeded all expectations. Mike scored a home-run with his thorough inspection of our home, finding the smallest of openings the rats were getting in. Then Alex performed the exclusion work wonderfully - that was another touchdown. Alex is an upstanding young man who takes pride in a strong work ethic and is refreshingly cordial. Rich has been diligent in checking and setting the traps weekly and is notable for his polite manner as well. Mike returned when we thought the rats might be getting in still, and he assured us all the exclusions were ship-shape. You really cannot go wrong with this fabulous company. I love this pay to play model Yelp is utilizing for poor reviews. Since they deleted my last review here it goes again. Advanced IPM historically has been at this property for the past couple of years and we have had some good experiences with Gordon. Since our landlord of the building and also part time upstairs tenant has been quite difficult to schedule inspections she basically kiboshed Gordon from coming back. Now that she has let the agreement lapse since she is reactive and not preventative, they sent a new tech to start the same process over to do an assessment. They have sent out 3+ techs to this building already, surely they have files. Not only did Gordon catch 7 mice the last time he serviced the building but he understood where all the pressure points were. Do you think they communicated that to this new tech? Nope. Not only did the tech show up extremely late to his appointment on a Saturday, but as soon as he came in he proceeded to call every one of us a liar about seeing actual mice with our own eyes, both in the backyard and inside the flat. He then proceeds to tell me that the back stairs was cats when I have raccoons on my camera security system, so again calling us liars. He then says well there are no droppings or footprints, and I'm like we have two small children on the floors do you think we can keep rodent droppings on the floor until you decide to come out? No. I could tell right away where this was heading so in his frustration on me calling him out for calling us liars he decides to leave. Not surprised because he didn't seem to want to be here to do his job in the first place evident by him parking his car in front of a neighboring corner building's driveway. Let's pay to have this deleted again Advanced IPM. I can keep writing more. I guess the mouse traps I set out caught these imaginary mice we are seeing in the building, including the flat. read more

I am not a habitual five-star reviewer, but I have to give credit where it is due. We called a few places trying to get help with the bore beetles in our hardwood floors. We were so lucky to find Advanced Integrated. From start to finish, it was a perfect experience. Mike was great! Not only was he knowledgeable about the problem, but his no-nonsense approach put us at ease at once. Mike went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. Communication was excellent and once everything was done, we came home to discover that the tech that did the job handled our things with care and even did a few things we forgot. We have a metal roof that can be damaged if it's not walked on appropriately and they handled it perfectly. Unprofessional sales practices:The person who came to my yard for the initial visit insisted I had gophers and he pushed for me to sign up right then for their service. He said that they don't treat voles, they didn't guarantee their service but for a good chunk of change their service was the solution. Two more vendors both said I have voles. I reached out to Advance Integrated Pest and asked for an explanation on why he said the problem was gophers when the majority of other vendors said the damage was from voles. I never received a reply. Remain diligent! In the age of social media it makes no sense for misleading sales practices. I'd recommend avoiding this company since a sale was more important than being honest read more
