I used Advanced IT Solutions for 4 separate services and each time Mike and his staff exceeded my expectations. 1. I had a laptop that wouldn't charge and I couldn't figure out why. I called other repair places nearby and they wanted $150 to open the machine and diagnose it. I saw on Mike's website www.aitsaz.com they provide free diagnostics. This is 100% true. They took my machine apart and determined why it would not hold a charge and explained it in layman's terms for me. This saved me $150 I could use toward a new machine! I knew I would be back again someday as a customer from the trust they established after that first visit. 2. A few weeks afterward, I brought Mike my tower computer which had the dreaded "blue screen" - wouldn't run, automatically kept restarting while I was working every few minutes. Mike quickly fixed my machine within a couple of days for a reasonable price, scrubbing the machine from malware and viruses. Then he exceeded expectations, by adding anti-virus software and other helpful programs to protect my machine. When I arrived to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised - and he trained me on them as well. It's been 3 months and my home computer is still running better than ever! 3. Mike also helped me to back-up hard drives I had on 3 other old computers. He completed the external back-up, scrubbed my old out-dated machines and properly disposed of them in a safe and secure way. 4. I recently purchased a new laptop; I called Mike from the store last minute, asked if he was available and could set it up for me. I brought it straight to Mike from the store. I dropped it off early evening and he had it ready for me the next morning! He installed the anti-virus programs, got rid of the "bloat" pre-installed advertising, and configured it the way I wanted, then trained me on it when I arrived to pick it up. He even went through a list of what I needed to do when I got home (printer set-up, wi-fi, office installation) - so he was thinking beyond just what service I asked from him, but wanted to make sure I thought of everything, so I would be completely happy with my new machine. His staff is professional and treat you like their top priority every time. They empathize with the customer and try to get you back on your feet as soon as possible. Their service fees can't be beat. Their fees are extremely reasonable and provide extra attention beyond what you ask. Ok, this is a BUYER BEWARE review! My mother purchased a used laptop from this pc repair shop and about 6 months later the laptop's battery was dead. When the power cord was unplugged, the laptop would power off. The 1 year warranty was purchased so the battery was replaced. However the owner said over voicemail that he found a trojan virus that was downloaded from chrome. He said the cost would be $130 to remove it. After saying no thanks he bumped the price down to $75, then again to $50. Usually reputable companies have a set price for Virus removal, and dont negotiate the price. This makes me think there was not a virus to begin with. When picking the laptop up from the little pc repair shop, we asked Mike to give us a screenshot or at the very least the name of the Virus that was found. He could not provide us that information and stumbled his words around the question. An email was received from Google stating that a review was posted on your bahalf of (Advanced IT Solutions). What!!!!!!!! A review was never even written about this company. I went to the review and Mike the owner replied to the BOGUS review that he wrote. Is he that stupid not knowing an email would be sent from google saying thanks for your review?? Mike (the owner) hacked into my mothers email account, POSED as my Mother and wrote a FAKE review and responded to that review. He then deleted my Mothers trash email folder to so called "erase his tracks". All accounts passwords have been changed since and hoping no other PRIVATE DATA was stolen. This company is writing FAKE reviews all over the place to boost thier rating. Notice the influx of 5+ star reviews within the last year, all stating the same type of review. Go ahead and read the follow up reviews that Mike (the owner) posts as replies to people. He basically states in every reply that they are a "highly regarded IT firm" AKA pc repair shop. They are disrespectful and un professional. I will go as far as calling this guy a Snake. The BBB has been notified and I strongly urge all people thinking about doing business with this company in the future to NOT DO SO. They are very dishonest and UNETHICAL!! I purchased a low end Mac to type a book I'm working on as I'm not buying a brand new laptop to simply type. This business owner called it a piece of plastic junk and refused to even look at the Laptop. I was having connectivity issues within my network, and my business was crippled. I called a few companies before contacting MIke at AITS, but they could not get out there fast enough. I need help now.... I found AITS on Yelp and based off the reviews gave them a call. They are located very close to my office, and I had hope that they would be able to come same day. Mike also answered my questions about how to handle business growth in the future in regards to IT and computers and was very informative on different options/approaches I could take to secure my network and protect my business. When my computer and external hard drive were infected recently with a malicious malware, I thought I'd lost crucial data forever - - never to be retrieved. Before I had a complete mental breakdown it was my good fortune to find Advanced IT Solutions via a Yelp search and the best decision ever when I turned the problem over to Mike and his technical expertise! He went to work immediately to assess the situation, keeping me informed along the way as to what was needed and the cost. At a very reasonable price Mike made the necessary repairs, fully recovered my data and imported it to a new external hard drive and to my computer, which he had completely rebuilt and customized. He had installed additional memory, removed the old "junk" security software, installed and configured a quality, perpetual virus protection software with an additional security related software, and set up an automated redundant secondary backup. It is hard to trust people with my personal information (everything on my computer and hard drive!) but once I met Mike, I trusted that he would do honest work. My hard drive was dead, so I took my laptop to Mike. In less than 24 hours, I was back in business again with a fully functional computer. I had dreaded what I imagined to be a long painful, and expensive process (based on my past dealings with computer-repair companies). But this was quite the opposite. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his team! When my computer crashed a couple weeks ago, I thought it was permanently dead and my files were gone forever. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Mike picked up the phone immediately and had me bring it straight over. It took them a while to figure out the problem, and as it turns out the hard drive and the motherboard both had damage. Nevertheless, Mike was able to retrieve all of my files and set me up with a new computer with everything set up for an incredibly reasonable price. This is my second review for Advanced IT Solutions, which i had found on Yelp some years ago. They provided excellent service on my laptop, which was suffering from virus and malware issues, and then recently they came through again. Two months ago, just before Thanksgiving, my parents suffered a severe cyber attack that resulted in identity theft. I assured them the best place to take their victimized computers was to Mike and AITS. Mike was very understanding and patient with my elderly father. Mike is super helpful. I filled out a form on friday evening and didn't expect a response till monday, but got one less than an hour later and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. I handed over my laptop, which had been having wifi connectivity problems and overheating, and by the next week he'd replaced all the necessary parts and cleaned up all the unnecessary programs and junk that was on the laptop when I got it. I found this company on YELP! The man, the myth, the legend (along with his wife) make an amazing team and they have been servicing the community for 16 years. Called in yesterday morning because my three year old "gaming laptop" was acting slower than a 10 year old HP and Mike was available to help right away and I brought it in an hour later. For less than 200 dollars, my laptop was diagnosed, fixed, and I was given a wireless mouse and mouse pad and education how to prevent what I found out was malware on my laptop. Mike installed a bunch of programs that tell me my specs and clean up my computer of viruses if I ever make another mistake again.
