Update 5 Stars down to 2 - 6/11/2020 scheduled service call to fix natural gas leak...after sending a detailed description of job to Advanced Plumbing Service & Master Plumber John, he accepted the job. 2 Plumbers, he and another, arrived after 3:00pm the following day. After 1 Min I was shocked to hear him state, "I don't think we can do this...I don't think we have the tools to do the job". I lost an entire day because Advanced Plumbing Service said "YES! We can do this job!" but In reality, "I'm really sorry, I just can't do this job. I'm really sorry." Interestingly, it was Advanced Plumbing Service who pestered me to provide a review for my service call experience, to which I replied, "Yes I will". And...Yes I did. Originally we hired a handyman to perform minor adjustments and to install new faucets thinking the job was too basic to justify the expense of an actual plumber. To my surprise eafaucet developed a slow leak. We called Advanced Plumbing Service on Friday morning and spoke with Misty who was very professional, helpful and flexible with scheduling. Shortly thereafter John, a Licensed Plumber, arrived promptly and provided an estimate to perform the repairs. He did an excellent job and honored his estimate. I have used Advanced Plumbing multiple times for various plumbing issues on different properties, have always found their work to be completed right the first time and always within their fair & reasonable estimates. John, the owner, is always on the job personally supervising the work; in fact, he's usually the one getting his hands dirty doing the bulk of the work. This guy is one hard worker! I also like the fact that he is very straightforward about what's needed and the cost. Plus, he really goes all out to clean up after his work. I read a couple of reviews on here that were less than 5-star. There are always two sides to a story, but I can tell you that I tend to think that those reviews were left by competitors, or people that either want something for nothing or people whom no one can please. In my several years of experience relying upon this company to keep everything flowing, John has always done what he says he will do; if he says he's showing up, he's showing up. I moved from California to Texas this past summer and decided to upgrade my drinking water filter to a whole house filter system. I needed a professional plumber to install it. Being new to Denton, I didn't know who to contact so I took a chance and went on Yelp to find someone. I read through the reviews and decided to give John Bojka- owner and master plumber a call. He answered the phone right away and he responded to my inquiry with confidence and seemed very knowledgeable, so I scheduled a consult for an estimate. He was available immediately. The day of the consult he arrived on time and provided a detailed written estimate that was competitively priced. I accepted the offer and we scheduled the job right away. The job required extensive trenching around my house which could not be done in the rain so we experienced many rain delays. John communicated well during the delays letting me know when and if he could work that day or not due to the rain. I highly recommend John. He is by far one of the best plumbers I've ever met. Mr. John, Advance Plumbing has come out to my house a couple of times. This last time, both pilot lights on my hot water heaters went out at the same time, so we had no hot water. My wife had just had a procedure so she was not able to take baths, but she also needed to keep the surgical areas clean by showering. Mr. John was booked, but made time to come out for my family and I. Mr. John arrived before 7am, which was earlier than what he said. I answered the door, the first thing out of Mr. John's mouth was, "How's your wife doing'? Wow!!! You don't get that from everyone. After opening the units, Mr. John was able to diagnose the problem and repair both units. The ignitor switches would not light either unit. Everything about Advanced Plumbing on both occasions has been nothing but friendly, professional and very comforting because Mr. John, Advanced Plumbing, makes you feel this way during stressful times. we had a hybrid water heater installed by advanced. service and work was excellent. they came out and gave us an excellent quote. I was impressed at their knowledge about the hybrid, some of the plumbing companies I called either would not come out this far, would charge for the quote(as much as 95 bucks! for a quote), or had never installed a hybrid, and did not know much about them. so, advanced knew all the answers to my questions. they ordered the heater, and it came in a day early, so they installed it early. a slight problem came up with the electrical connection, and they had to call in an electrician. they knew who to call, and the electrician arrived quickly, and installed the wiring. even with the electrical problem, the heater was still installed in less time than what was quoted. all the fittings and the piping look really nice. an additional drain pan, condensation line, and expansion tank also had to be installed. we are happy with the installation, and we would highly recommend advanced plumbing services to anyone needing plumbing work done read more

If you're looking for a great plumber, look no further. I've had the Advanced Plumbing team out on several occasions and they have always gone above and beyond. I've found them to be very straightforward on their findings, and the prices they quote are fair and reasonable given that I want to hire professionals who know what they're doing and that I want those issues fixed properly the first time. No one really wants to deal with plumbing issues, and I certainly don't want to waste my time hanging around waiting for someone to show up. They have always shown when promised, and are very good about notifying me of upcoming service calls. They do great work, clean up after themselves, and when they leave everything is working as it should and you'd never know we had them crawling around reworking our older plumbing to get it corrected. I cannot speak more highly of this company. My wife and I had to replace our entire sewer line. I had gotten three estimates back from different companies in the metroplex, and I was stressing so much because of the high prices I was getting back. Last night I came home from a soccer game and eagerly turned on the shower, only to discover that 'there was no hot water!'so early this morning I started calling water heater businesses. Our plumbing backed up on a Friday night, of course. We called Saturday morning for help and John came before noon. Our old house did not have a clean-out on the main waste line, so John had his work cut for him to clear the line. John and his helpers worked Saturday, Sunday, and Monday in some nasty weather to fix the broken and clogged line, and out of necessity, they also installed a clean-out. From the time John answered the phone (!), I knew I had chosen the right plumbing service. John and his crew were punctual: he said they would start at 7 a.m. They arrived at 6:45 to set up so that they could begin at 7. They were efficient, knowledgeable, tidy and pleasant as they repaired the damage caused by roots to the sewer pipe under the guest bathroom. My exterior water faucet broke loose from the fitting sending walther throughout the entire middle of the exterior and interior walls. I called several plumbers and got nothing but voicemails. As I watched the water and all the damage I stated crying. While searching on an internet page I saw emergency with a number. God is good, John answered when I called. John, the proprietor, made it a point to come out to our property ASAP and did extensive analyses of our situation with cameras, scopes and even shovels.
