We appreciated their professionalism. Nice guy that came out to initially look at the window we needed to replace. The finished job looks great and we are happy with the final outcome. The only downside to the whole job was that they did not put a tarp down before they cleaned up what was left of the broken window. The sliding hardware on several of our Milgard windows were in various states of disrepair. We had a technician come out to take measurements, from which they ordered the needed parts. We then made an appointment to have to the new hardware installed. The technician was punctual, and was in and out in short order. We had an outdated Milgard door that had a defective frame . Advanced Windows took the time to work with Milgard identifying the door and ordered it for us. Additionally, the stucco had to be replaced and they were also able to color match our twenty year old stucco. The only problem we had was a door casing which turned out to be too small. However, Mike their Lead experienced Installer was able to use this same casing and create a door casing that was a lot nicer than our original casing. In conclusion, Advanced Windows has the experience and professional staff to handle any window and door issues and takes the time to make sure they exceed their customers expectations. read more

I needed foggy Milgard windows replaced. Advanced Windows made ordering the correct windows very easy by using the fogged glass serial numbers. The windows were ordered and came in on time. Installer Mike Noonan arrived when schedule and was finished on time (as we told them we needed to leave the house by a certain time). Mike even brought his own vacuum to cleanup after him. When have you see a contractor do that?. And, the price was in line with other non-Milgard contractors. All in all, 5 stars. read more

Very good company initially. I recently noticed some peculiar growth around the frame of one of the windows. It scared me, so I called and asked for someone to drop by and take a look in case it was mold. They said no, they would not come by. Same old story.
