I bought a used car from the owner, Dave Boettcher, that he was selling personally. I'm visiting from Phoenix AZ and happened to see that he had just what I wanted. I got as far as Mt Ashland driving it home and it overheated. Dave has gone above and beyond to make it right. He is an incredibly honest, straight up guy who just did the right thing for someone he could easily have taken advantage of (a single 70-year old woman from a different state!). I shopped four other stores before buying here and got a great deal on a nice set of tires. One of the other places said I needed an alignment and shocks after just having looked at the tires (didn't need them). One place said alignment with the new tires would be needed (It wasn't). Another place was $300.00 more and the last place did not have the staff to help me so I finally walked out. I really do love this place- I've had great customer service from everybody that I've ever interacted with- they've managed to squeeze me in for my rotate appointments at the last minute a few times- they have been very honest and open with me about what's available for my car- the estimates always include various options for me to consider based on my driving habits and budget- they have beat Les Schwab's estimate by $300.00 and $500.00 both times that I checked- I don't even bother checking any more, with the great service that comes after the purchase I won't go anywhere else- the lobby is always clean and inviting the owners are amazing- you can tell they are great to work for because everybody has such an awesome demeanor- I can't recommend them enough :) read more

Spent over $10k on truck modifications including racks, bumper, lighting - but afterward not all lights worked as intended, recommended battery swap did not improve performance as Advantage indicated it would - "guaranteed" they said. Took new battery out - didn't return it or provide a credit. Mechanic stated they would follow up on deficiencies - none received/offered. Truck went to other specialty shop for corrections, another $15K added features missed out by Advantage - due to underperformance. Our other 12 vehicles/trailers will be serviced elsewhere. This is a very professional place of business. The owners are top notch. They go far and beyond the needs of the customer. I have been taking my older BMW auto to them for many years. They have pick up and drop off service even though the job is not always big. I decided to finally write a review because my husband also owns a BMW (motorcycle) his mother passed away last week, he needed a new tire for his motorcycle and he was able to buy one, he needed to get it balanced, I told him to try Advantage Tire, He hesitated as they usually work on vehicles, to his surprise, the owner Dave took a look at the tire and proceeded to take the time to help my husband and at the end made my husband very happy! he can now go back to San Jose CA to tend to his mother's memorial. I will never use this store again. Ordered a tire, got the run around for 3 days about it being lost, finally shows up. We were given an estimate for a repair, show up for the appointment, told"we were wrong that's not what is wrong at all but it's this other thing". What? Don't you know what the hell you are doing?. When they brought it out of the bay after the repair one of their employee's parked it in a handicap spot. I didn't even know they had brought it out. The gal behind the counter starts yelling who is Holden's Landscaping ( me) and then her and this old guy start to yell at me for parking in the handicap spot. I had to yell over her that I did not park it there, that in fact one of their employee's did. I was furious when I left there. The waiting room is too small.
