We stayed at Orange Beach for our first time and it rained most of it...but, this place was a diamond in the rough. Most friendly staff, tons of stuff to do and they didn't have their hands in your pockets at all. I forgot sun screen...they happily provided it free of charge. The miniature golf course was clean and kept up. My grandson and husband had a blast on the go carts which were also very affordable. They were short staffed, as is everybody currently, and were most apologetic about it. I can't say enough good things about Adventure Island. read more

We went looking for an adventure and stumbled upon this place. My daughter was not disappointed. We went here since we wanted to give the sun time to warm up the pool after a rainy morning. The arcade games were fun. Though some didn't work and took our money, the attendant was prompt and fixed each machine so we could continue playing. Outside we opted for the go-karts and laser tag stations. Which we payed 7$ each time. Which wasn't a huge price. Make sure to get the BOGO coupon from the website. Our kids had a blast here! Everyone was wearing masks and it felt fairly safe to be inside. Some of the patrons weren't wearing masks (adults), so we just kept our distance from them. Fun games and a nice break from the sun for our kids. read more

No matter where I'm at i always try I find arcades in the city their still so much fun and it's even better that there's not many people in here that way you can be able to play everything. Came here to play put put and eat Dippin' Dots! Put Put was only $7 per person, which is super reasonable for what you get! One whole round took at least 1 and a half hour depending if there's a group in front of you. However, the scenery is so cool and beautiful that you just don't mind waiting. Putt-putt on beach vacations are a go-to for my family. It's great to find one within driving distance of most hotels on the main strip. The putt-putt courses are pretty straightforward; not a lot of windmills or big obstacles, but the course is well maintained and clean (Spyglass is the easier course). Additionally, the arcade, operated by quarters and rewarding you with physical tickets is far superior to the only other arcade in the area, and far cheaper. You will need cash to play, though. We did not get the chance to try any of the go carts this time around. read more

Many of the games were broken or are the quarters and we had to wait for help. The ticket counter was miscounting and leaving off over 50 tickets and. It counted. We wouldn't go back. Other arcades in the area are much more up to date and fun. We did enjoy the mini golf. read more

My nephew enjoyed it. But I think they should update their quarter and ticket system to digital cards and points because there were times the machine wouldn't accept the quarters or wouldn't give us the tickets. At $7.50 the mini golf isn't too expensive but you get what you pay for. The course is well maintained but the holes are all pretty standard. Not much in terms of decoration of obstacles other than a small hill or wood pillar on the green. read more

Great place! It was my son and I favorite place to go play some miniature golf, lazer tag, and arcade games. When we go to an arcade we go to win a lot not just play. Two summers ago we won 32000 tickets. The next year we visited and management had made it impossible to win that amount without quadrupling what we normally spend. We left and will never go back. If you cant win why play. Overall it's a great place as long as you just want to play. read more

We always hit arcades, go carts put-put etc.. on vacation. Adventure Island is pretty good. The carts and outdoor stuff is a bit behind the times but it's way cheaper than the bigger outdoor fun play place in the area.... which we will also go to later in the wk. Initially my daughter and I went bc we had an hr to kill. We hit up some games, rode go carts... Wife and sons activity got postponed due to weather so we picked them up and returned. It's quarter machines vs tokens which is good. Wasn't super crowded. Large variety of video games. Kids had a blast. Wife did too. I followed my daughter around and she actually ended up being the biggest ticket holder of the 3 by the end of our time here. It's a great spot earlier in the day while everyone else is on the beach or around lunch. We usually go when we know it's gonna rain like today. If you have kids you have to go to these type places this one is pretty solid. We always enjoy ourselves. read more

Just left there due to poor customer service at the ticket counter! Our son is 10 and 53" and unable to drive the Go-Karts as the minimum height is 54". That was understandable, so my husband drove him. He wanted to drive on the mini track after riding with his dad. However, the cashier asked how old he was, and since he is 10 he is unable to drive on the mini track either! She was unable to articulate why it was based on height vs age. She was snarky and unapologetic. Very disappointing the way this was handled. We are now headed to The Track which is further away from our resort as we have been there before. Great place to take the kids. A large selection of arcade games and the staff is very patient as the younger children try to pick out items when redeeming their tickets. There is a nice go kart track and some water bumper cars in the back. some of the arcade games required maintenance to get them to work.....after the money was deposited. On the plus side, the repair staff were quick to respond and flip the switch for an extra game. (My grandson is a small toddler and nice the repair staff gave him this extra chance) read more

We really liked this spot! But don't go for Dippin' Dots as they were out of most flavors. Be sure to show your phone for a coupon. We paid $20 for 4 people to mini-golf. The staff wear masks, and they sanitize each club between players. There were two course options for mini-golf, and we did Spy Glass. It was fun and challenging for our family. Despite the crowd (on a Wednesday night) we moved through pretty quickly! Holes were a little boring but well maintained. The volcano and skull waterfall were extremely impressive!! Adventure Island was just OK, nothing to brag about. My 4 and 5 year old grandsons enjoyed the rides that were open, but several of their rides were closed. Go cart ride was open, but one of the cars we got had a tire that bounced horribly when you turned left into a corner. I would probably go back for the boys next time we're looking to entertain them and to see what rides are open for the next time. read more

Loved this mini golf! The holes are challenging but family friendly. It's very unique to be on the edge of an Alligator habitat. The course is clean and well taken care of. The ambiance of the volcano and waterfall is very neat. The holes are short and it's easy to loose your ball so grab an extra one! read more
