Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

I came into Collision pros because of a rodent infestation that tore up a lot of wiring in my Ford Ranger truck. There was a problem with my after market alarm because of the wiring was chewed by the rodents and Ty worked with AAA to get a new one installed. After replacing the truck wiring and alarm wiring we found out there was still a problem with my Ac system presumably from the rodents and Ty worked with AAA again to make sure everything was working 100% before I got my truck back. I wanted to send out a special thank you to Ty and Collision Pros in Auburn for really taking great care of me from start to finish even know my truck had a lot of work to be fixed from those pesky rodents.
