While at the Concorde room you can enjoy as much food and drinks as your heart desires. You have access to toilet facilities, phone battery packs for pretty much any device, magazines, a la carte dinning, snacks and a bar. If my memory does not fail (I visited last month and forgot to create this lounge on yelp to check in!) there is a piano at the back, right next to two sets of sofas which look a TV screen each (so you can watch films). There is complementary WiFi. This lounge is tucked away, the first class BA check in personnel will give you directions to find it when you drop off your bags. I do have to say the VIP security was idiotic and terrible. It was definitely not expedited... And not even polite.

This Sky Club is immense! And beautiful. Go past the art at the bottom of the escalator, go up the escalator, and you'll see more art. Each piece has information about the artist and their piece. You can go to the right or the left for an expansive array of complementary beverages and food. All that we tried was and is delicious. If you go all the way back, you'll find a bar with a wide selection of beverages & light food before a bright, quiet long room. An atrium? Here is where you have an incredible view of the city and the flights taking off and landing. There are also two swinging chairs in this room at the very end of the Sky Club. If you have any problems with your flight, we hope that Andreas can help you. He is friendly and efficient. He confirmed our flight for today and mentioned that we should get to the gate 30 minutes before boarding to get our assigned seats. We did not interact with Bonnie, but I did see her at the desk next to Andreas. She was helping another employee with a customer who was trying to get on a flight leaving in less than 60 minutes. She was as patient & as kind as all of the employees in this Sky Club. Unfortunately, she was not a miracle worker and could not accommodate his wishes. All of the employees in this lounge - this morning and yesterday afternoon - were friendly and helpful. They seem to truly enjoy their jobs. If your flight is on time, or if it's delayed or canceled, this is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of terminal C. Remember to be kind to all of the amazing Delta employees. They are doing their best to make sure all of us are being cared for.

Rare! b) access to great, hot showers in big suites with a dental and shaving kit. ( all free). c) contact with some amazing folks who selflessly and tirelessly clean up and keep the buffets full every few minutes. d) a secret menu including sushi ( oops no longer a secret) , not just the bar menu with hot pretzels and paninis. Healthy choices - salads, fresh veggies, hummus, olives. e) immaculate restrooms with top notch soaps and hand creams. f) choice of really comfortable sofas in a very large area where one can nap and relax. g) a kids room with a lot to occupy and interest them. h) a kids menu i) dozens of outlets and sockets( all working ) to plug in the I phone which is at 37 percent power. j) a stadium like seating room with a biiiiig screen tv and seats with cup holders. k) fresh finger food - tea sandwiches, assorted cheese and grapes coming out every 15-20 minutes. l) love and kindness from great employees like Satti ( 5/8/25) and Abigail ( 4/15/25) who exude warmth and service. Amazing folks. m) dedicated personnel who jump to rebook and reroute you in the event of a long flight delay or cancellation. n) peace and quiet that sets the tone before that 14 hour hop to Tokyo or the sept heures to Paris. Food's pretty hit or miss, that's going to cost them that 5th star, but to relax before a flight, it's hard to beat.

If you have time before your flight, don't miss the 1850 Speakeasy tucked inside the lounge. It's a fun addition and serves well-crafted specialty cocktails in a more intimate setting. One of my favorite features was the view overlooking the tarmac. It's a great place to relax while watching the constant flow of aircraft taxiing and taking off. Overall, an excellent lounge experience and one we'd happily visit again.

I'm surprised to see that there aren't any recent reviews on Yelp, so I thought I would write one to give a more updated experience for those who want to try the lounge out anytime soon. I think realistically my rating is more of a 2.5/5 rather than a 2. I got in line to put my name on the waitlist. Just a reminder that the earliest you can only put your name on the waitlist is 3 hours before your flight's DEPARTURE. I got to the airport hours earlier and was told to come back at a later time, which I did. I finally got the opportunity to put my name down and by the time I received that second text to be allowed into the lounge - an hour had already passed. I did let them know I was flying out terminal 5 and intended the leave the lounge early. This did not expedite my queue on the waitlist at all, therefore, if you are visiting from another terminal keep that in mind because you need to allocate time to go through TSA again. The service outside of the lounge (waitlist, greetings, etc) were not great. It seems they were probably frustrated with people not understanding the lounge rules or don't have the right qualifications to go in. I also felt judgmental glances and they seemed surprised that someone like me would have lounge access? Also, to note that as I was leaving the lounge the attendant just looked right over me, no welcomes or thank you's. I am not someone who expects to be treated as a VIP, but seeing them do it for others and to pick and choose who to be nice to was very strange to me. Although, not every attendant was this way. The person who served me was wonderful she was extremely nice. Moving onto the food, it was great. It definitely is better than the lounge at SFO (which is my home city). The burger you can order through the lounge website, the QR code is made available via the table you're seated at. They have the standard buffet setting. Here you get a pasta, orzo, salad, a protein, etc. on the other side of the buffet there are snacks and dessert bites. The burger was great, nothing spectacular. The fries were seasoned well with salt. The bathroom amenities are nice (there are some makeup wipes, shower, floss, etc). The lounge floor was very nicely decorated and spacious. It was not filled with people at all (if anything there were lots of tables and seats open). I think most lounges do this because they don't want to overcrowd. Overall the food gets a 2 and the 0.5 is for the nice attendant that served me. With its well-appointed interiors and warm service, there are also private residences and office space you can take advantage prior to boarding your flight. The lounge also offers some buffet and a la carte dining for all the passengers. There's also a full bar service with large selection of items. I appreciated the free spa/massage, travel bags and drinks they offered. I also appreciated the vegetarian options and lots of intl. food options at the lounge. Etihad lounge is conveniently located on Terminal 4 post TSA security checks. They also provide a courteous service from first class lounge directly to your flight gate once everyone else has boarded the flight. Loved the friendliness of the attendants. I would highly recommend the Etihad airline and all the amenities it has to offer to travelers.

Which meant the hired car would have had to be there by 4. Which means no last day rambles about the City. Arrived the point of departure a little early, just because. And because pre-flight libations in the cozy West Side lounge were on their house and served by lovely happiness with a smile. A few others there. Some who clearly owned their own planes, some who flew coach. All having a perfect time. 15 minutes ish in the air. Splendid views. Sweet BMW with the luggage loaded and off to the terminal with a tasty beverage in hand. Seriously. Why not. You could save a couple of shekels taking the train, but really? Baggage for Business Class off loading at JFK does not come off as Priority as the wait was terrible and basically last off the plane so if you have a connection to get your bag and recheck for a domestic US flight add a lot of time.

It wasn't the most comfortable lounge as we ended sitting at the bar, but the food was decent enough to call it a meal as our flight was too late in the night for AA to consider feeding us. If you're not happy enough with this lounge, well, you'll be really disappointed at other US lounges. Compared to some of the best, this pales in comparison, but it's better than most US lounges. So we were happy.
