This Sky Club is immense! And beautiful. Go past the art at the bottom of the escalator, go up the escalator, and you'll see more art. Each piece has information about the artist and their piece. You can go to the right or the left for an expansive array of complementary beverages and food. All that we tried was and is delicious. If you go all the way back, you'll find a bar with a wide selection of beverages & light food before a bright, quiet long room. An atrium? Here is where you have an incredible view of the city and the flights taking off and landing. There are also two swinging chairs in this room at the very end of the Sky Club. If you have any problems with your flight, we hope that Andreas can help you. He is friendly and efficient. He confirmed our flight for today and mentioned that we should get to the gate 30 minutes before boarding to get our assigned seats. We did not interact with Bonnie, but I did see her at the desk next to Andreas. She was helping another employee with a customer who was trying to get on a flight leaving in less than 60 minutes. She was as patient & as kind as all of the employees in this Sky Club. Unfortunately, she was not a miracle worker and could not accommodate his wishes. All of the employees in this lounge - this morning and yesterday afternoon - were friendly and helpful. They seem to truly enjoy their jobs. If your flight is on time, or if it's delayed or canceled, this is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of terminal C. Remember to be kind to all of the amazing Delta employees. They are doing their best to make sure all of us are being cared for.

We had time to kill, so we cleared security in T7 just to try. The lounge agents were very confused but ultimately let us in. This is a pretty nice lounge to kill some time. We had some snacks, some drinks, and a coffee. It wasn't the most comfortable lounge as we ended sitting at the bar, but the food was decent enough to call it a meal as our flight was too late in the night for AA to consider feeding us. If you're not happy enough with this lounge, well, you'll be really disappointed at other US lounges. Compared to some of the best, this pales in comparison, but it's better than most US lounges. So we were happy.

I'm surprised to see that there aren't any recent reviews on Yelp, so I thought I would write one to give a more updated experience for those who want to try the lounge out anytime soon. I think realistically my rating is more of a 2.5/5 rather than a 2. I got in line to put my name on the waitlist. Just a reminder that the earliest you can only put your name on the waitlist is 3 hours before your flight's DEPARTURE. I got to the airport hours earlier and was told to come back at a later time, which I did. I finally got the opportunity to put my name down and by the time I received that second text to be allowed into the lounge - an hour had already passed. I did let them know I was flying out terminal 5 and intended the leave the lounge early. This did not expedite my queue on the waitlist at all, therefore, if you are visiting from another terminal keep that in mind because you need to allocate time to go through TSA again. The service outside of the lounge (waitlist, greetings, etc) were not great. It seems they were probably frustrated with people not understanding the lounge rules or don't have the right qualifications to go in. I also felt judgmental glances and they seemed surprised that someone like me would have lounge access? Also, to note that as I was leaving the lounge the attendant just looked right over me, no welcomes or thank you's. I am not someone who expects to be treated as a VIP, but seeing them do it for others and to pick and choose who to be nice to was very strange to me. Although, not every attendant was this way. The person who served me was wonderful she was extremely nice. Moving onto the food, it was great. It definitely is better than the lounge at SFO (which is my home city). The burger you can order through the lounge website, the QR code is made available via the table you're seated at. They have the standard buffet setting. Here you get a pasta, orzo, salad, a protein, etc. on the other side of the buffet there are snacks and dessert bites. The burger was great, nothing spectacular. The fries were seasoned well with salt. The bathroom amenities are nice (there are some makeup wipes, shower, floss, etc). The lounge floor was very nicely decorated and spacious. It was not filled with people at all (if anything there were lots of tables and seats open). I think most lounges do this because they don't want to overcrowd. Overall the food gets a 2 and the 0.5 is for the nice attendant that served me. I will most likely not be back unless I'm flying out terminal 4 and happen to be at the airport 3 hours early (which I will probably need all that time because the wait itself is an hour).

She made the check in process seamless and even arranged for assistance to escort me back to my gate when it was time to board and posted me on changes to boarding times! The lounge itself was spotless, not that quiet, and very comfortable. There were plenty of comfortable chairs, charging stations, relaxation areas, private meeting rooms, and even shower suites for travelers with long layovers. The food exceeded my expectations. Everything was kept fresh and continuously replenished. I especially enjoyed the salad bar, hummus, pasta dishes, desserts, and the complimentary champagne and drinks. There was also a great selection of beverages. Signature cocktails are included, while premium cocktails are available for an additional charge. A special thank you to Alicia, the bartender. I visited twice in a couple of weeks: once in the morning when we arrived in New York, where they featured a great waffle bar with friendly service, and once in the afternoon, which included a nice customizable guacamole station. The ambiance gives off total budget hotel breakfast buffet, right down to the standard hotel furniture and breakfast buffet vibes. It is nowhere near as nice or spacious as the SFO or LAX lounges, and nobody is going to leave here exclaiming it was the most comfortable rest of their life. That said, it's not uncomfortable either. It offers a standard mix of chairs, couches, bar seating, and TVs. It's quiet, peaceful, and not overly crowded. The staff provides service with a smile for the most part--it is New York, after all! It's far from my favorite Admirals Club, but since the lounge isn't your final destination anyway, it gets the job done for a brief stop, freshening up and a bite.

Then, you get to walk in to this luxury large lounge, full of variety of seats to choose from. The lounge offers large panel windows for you to look out on the tarmac, as well as, watch for your plane. It's quite a beautiful view, if you're an aviation enthusiast. Especially, if you get to the lounge early enough to watch the sunrise. All throughout the lounge you have so many options of premium leather seating arrangements. They do offer some tables with chairs, as well, if you prefer to sit behind table. Even though the lounge is spacious, I do like that they divide it in small sections, by glass wall or physical walls. You will also find a large alcohol bar, offering full bar selections. Some of it is self-serve and some you will be served. I personally love the beautiful light fixture by the bar area. If you prefer an office space to catch up on some work, they have a small office space. I spent two hours here and it was perfect way to relax, grab a good breakfast before a long flight. If you have membership with British Airways, or any of their partners, you will enjoy your stay, before your long journey to your final destination.
