Wow. What a fantastic experience! Blade knocks it out of the park with amazing customer service, beautiful lounges, and making you feel like a VIP from the minute you walk in! The lounge itself had a nice bar and staff was first class. Checked you in right away. Got you drinks. And was very pleasant and helpful. A great service and overall experience that I would absolutely recommend! 5/5 stars for the entire VIP treatment and experience!

I wish I lived in NYC so I could take Blade more often! This was a great experience and far better than two hours in an Uber during rush hour. THe staff was very accommodating and even let my partner take the co-pilot's seat (upon request). Our entire experience was flawless.

Always welcoming staff and excellent alcohol choices. They are friendly and accommodating and the lounge is comfortable. Some days it gets a little crowded but they are opening up a larger lounge very soon, so I'm sure it will be even better than this one.

I flew Blade for the first after wanting to try it for forever! I had a trip to Singapore flying out of JFK, and I had only heard nightmare stories about unexpected traffic and delays from Manhattan to JFK by car. I'm incredibly anxious about traffic and being late so the idea of a 5min trip to the airport was ideal. It took literally 5 minutes for me to go online and book my trip, inputting restauration, flight number, airline, and time frame in which you wanted to be dropped off at your terminal. After putting everything through, my trip was booked just like that! The Blade lounge is super easy to find, and after I got dropped off I made my way in. The lounge is more like a super large trailer, but it was impeccably decorated and fitted so that every comfort you desired would be within reach. I was immediately greeted by staff and they took care of my luggage for me. They offer complimentary drinks as you wait in the cutest spill-proof cups. I had two gin and tonics on the house and enjoyed the view of the Hudson and helicopters passing by. At 3:40pm, they ushered us out onto the helipad and we made our way onboard. I shared my ride with 2 others so we all had plenty of room to spread out and take many videos and pictures of the stunning views! They weren't lying when they said it would take 5min. We touched down in JFK right after we had left it seemed, and the ride was much smoother than I imagined it to be! We were led by our guide through to airport transport, and I was led to the car awaiting that would be taking me to my appropriate terminal. As usual, they took complete care of my luggage, and I made it to my terminal and through security with plenty of time to spare. This is definitely the way to go if you are flying to JFK! The service was great throughout and the ease, comfort, and just overall fun of the experience made it amazing!

Helicopter service offers commuting to airport minus any luggage "A check bag" I arrive 30 min ahead of schedule only to be told I'm traveling with luggage to a airport that's never been done before they can't accommodate. Time is of the essence if I don't fly to Newark and I Taxi in I'll have to leave 10 minutes ago to make it through the tunnel. So I order a car and cancel since they can't accommodate only to find out no refund so they charge to fly to airport and then cancel when you have bags and charge you regardless soild system

Best way to get to the airport.

Honestly, one of the best ways to get to the airport. It was extremely convenient and we even got taken around the Statue of Liberty. Once we got to the airport, we were taken immediately to our terminal. It was so much better than sitting in traffic for hours. Everyone was extremely nice and I will absolutely be doing this again.

The best way to see NYC's sights!

What a wonderful way to get to the airport! We got to the airport in 10 minutes from downtown only to have a 2 hour flight delay #jetblue

Disclosures first - my primary/most…read morefrequently Centurion Lounge experiences have been DEN and IAH so I cannot compare the Sapphire Lounge at LGA to the Centurion Lounge at LGA. That aside - a few highlights for parents - 1) There's a dedicated nursing room - I have been to a lot of Centurion Lounges and have never seen a dedicated nursing room - this is enormous and there should be more accomodations everywhere for parents of young children 2) There are two dedicated play rooms - one for young children and one for slightly older children - this is incredible and there's a nice welcoming space for parents to sit comfortably and supervise their children at a short distance - I have never seen a playroom at a Centurion Lounge (which may be indicative of the priorities for AmEx compared to Chase) The service was okay - there as an oddly rude interaction where a staff member firmly stated a stroller is not allowed in a certain space (but there were no signs) though they did help with moving the stroller which was appreciated. The open concept with a central bar and open food space works really well for a lounge and there is a lot of comfortable seating. The food, unlike most lounges, is actually pre-portioned. This creates a cleaner experience with getting food, though does mean you're struck with the portions they decided. I preferred this model for its cleanliness and how easy it makes it to pop in and out of getting food without having to organize into a line - but others may prefer a more traditional self serve portion style. All in all, a really fantastic Sapphire Lounge experience and I'm truly sad IAH does not have one!

This experience was definitely a luxury and premium experience compared to other lounges I have visited in the past. I found a comfortable table with chair and set my belongings down and the bar tender kindly greeted me and made a delicious espresso martini with a smile on his face as well! The bar has several drink options to choose from which are all complimentary. The food selection was pretty amazing since there was many healthy options available and there was even a QR code to order more food to your table and included a great and wide variety option. The drink section was spectacular! They had bottles and cans available including energy and electrolyte beverages. They had cold brew on tap as well and all the alternative milk options available. I will say the best part about this lounge is the spa service where I got a mini facial and the spa person was very kind and explained each step and I swear my skin had never felt cleaner! I was so happy to be going back home with glowing skin. This lounge almost makes me want to change my credit card provider for travel!

It's the first time that I ever venture into a capital one lounge. Staff at from desk gave an overview and the lay of the lounge. As you walked in after checking in there were nice comfortable chairs. The ambiance and decor is really inviting. Walked to the Bodega station and ordered a Swiss and Pastrami on a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel. Then I saw staff making coffee. I placed an order for a cappuccino, she said you have to place order where you were for the food. Mentioned first time, so she said no problem and she made the cappuccino as I waited. Had no idea when the bagel was going to be ready, so I went to find a place to sit and place my luggage.. Staff said Swiss and Pastrami on Cinnamon Bagel. I went to get item. In the Bodega you can get wrap and bagel sandwiches to go and pack to go items. On all the tables there were QR code where you scan and place an order. I decided to check out the buffet area. There were items that you pick up and put in tray and take to table. The Brussel sprout and deviled egg were delicious. The croissant with crème filling was addicting. There were bags where you can put sweets to go. If you flying Delta, make sure you pack and order stuff to go. Delta only serve beverage and chips/cookie... even if your flight is 6 hours. Restrooms spacious and clean. It was hard to find this place. After security, The Capital One Lounge is before Gate B 20. So if you pass Gate B20 then you passed the Capital One Lounge. So make sure you give ample time to get to your gate leaving the lounge. The gate where my flight was at Gate B53 so it's a good 20 minute walk. Lots of staff coming over to remove empty trays as well as clean tables. Look forward to checking out other Capital One Lounges.

You can debate the nuances of each-- Centurion's food is better, Capital One's is larger and has a cheese monger, Ess a Bagel, and better cocktails. But compared to the sort of lounges that don't have their own bathrooms and offer nothing more than some bananas and cereal, you really could do worse. The Sapphire lounge in LGA is larger and prettier, but they pretty much offer the same amenities. The bathrooms have been clean every time I've visited, save for one time. The menu isn't vast but there's a little buffet station with fresh fruit and hot food, as well as a made to order menu with full sized portions. Sometimes the food has been quick, and other times it has taken a while, so you really should give yourself some buffer time if you're trying to get something from the made to order menu. The food is fine. I've visited enough times to say that the folks who work here have been so warm and nice each time, checking in and asking guests how they're doing. Garbage is cleaned up immediately, so it's a pretty well oiled machine in there. You can bring up to 2 guests and any additional guests cost just $27 more, which I'd say it's worth it, particularly if you have a long layover and will have a couple of drinks.
