If you turn right, you eventually get led to the bar and can post up for your flight. There are QR codes at every table where you can order a la carte your meals. It spans 30,000 Square Feet. Comfortably accommodating over 400 travelers. LOUNGE: Hats off to who designed and built this lounge. It shows how much passion and love they put into this 30,000 SQFT project. The way to get to this lounge is go past C123 gate and up the escalator. Depending on peak hours, by the entrance, you may have to form a line. Once you enter, the first thing you'll see is a large book shelf with table in front of it. Go past those shelves to the left and through the hallway. This is where all your main lounge will be. Your eyes may get wide and you may feel slightly overwhelmed of how much space there is, like I did. They offer so much seating that you're sure to find a spot to unwind, relax or get some work done. Throughout the space, they have large windows to allow natural lighting. Some of the seating faces the windows for you to enjoy watching the planes. The space was exceptionally clean. I didn't see any trash laying around. The staff did a wonderful job coming up to the guests that finished with their dishes and asked, "May I take that from you?" FOOD: I was on a six hour layover here and I was able to enjoy breakfast and lunch. I have to say, for a lounge that can accommodate over 400 travelers, they were on top of it. They kept bring hot breakfast items. They offered variety of options including healthy options. I prefer eating healthy and some of the other locations don't offer good healthy options. Here, you have turkey sausage and links with egg whites. They have a large space for your breakfast sandwiches, wraps and fresh fruit. A yogurt and oatmeal area with all your toppings available. I didn't get a chance to stay too long for lunch, but I was able to see if they serve good lunch and they did. They offered chicken with penne pasta and many other options. For lunch, they also offered healthy options. Hot beverages are available through their Coffee machines or you can ask at the bar for any additional drink options. Good food options here, overall. SHOWER SUITES: This location offers multiple suites for you to take a shower before or after your long flight. I was able to take a nice shower after my long flight to Newark, and it was so refreshing. The suite was clean, offering good amounts of towels. They provide complimentary, Perricone MD Shower Gel, Conditioner and Soap. Overall, this is a great feature to have at this club. Not all United Club locations offer shower rooms. STAFF: After visiting multiple United Club locations, I would have to say the entire staff working here are just absolutely amazing. They are so helpful and kind, regardless if this is your first visit or you're experienced traveler. Any questions you may have about the space, or flight information, they are here to assist you with a genuine smile. If you just need someone to talk to, they're happy to spike up a conversation with you. OVERALL: If you're traveling domestically or internationally with one of the Star Alliance members, this is a great place to unwind, relax while you're waiting for your departure. I've been at this lounge several times and I am looking forward to continue my visits.

While this club "looks nice" I am disappointed by the cleanliness and the food options, leaving nothing to be desired.

If you have time before your flight, don't miss the 1850 Speakeasy tucked inside the lounge. It's a fun addition and serves well-crafted specialty cocktails in a more intimate setting. One of my favorite features was the view overlooking the tarmac. It's a great place to relax while watching the constant flow of aircraft taxiing and taking off. Like other high-end travel cards, the CSR gives complementary membership to Priority Pass (PP). Unfortunately, there just aren't that many great PP options domestically for the airports that my wife and I travel to (through). The best use of the membership has been getting free snacks/drinks from a Gameway at our home airport (LAX)..and occasionally a free chair massage when traveling through ATL. Well, with this initial visit to this lounge (first one to any Sapphire Lounge), I've now gone to a really good domestic lounge, not affiliated with AMEX or Delta. It was impressive, especially since it didn't cost extra. Chase has partnered with Airport Dimensions (owners of 'The Club' branded set of airport lounges across the U.S.) to open the Chase Sapphire Reserve Lounge Network (only nine lounges so far). Airport Dimensions is owned by the Collinson Group, which also owns Priority Pass (the biggest airport lounge system in the world). This lounge is located in Terminal 4 at JFK, on the upper mezzanine, right next door to the AMEX Centurion Lounge (which my wife and I had visited on our last trip to NYC in 2023). There was one attendant manning the desk, and he let us in after scanning our membership QR code and boarding passes. We were able to find seats, and realized that it wasn't too crowded. We got there just as breakfast was ending (10:45...not too much of a selection yet). There was a breakfast buffet, and the bar was open. Got their specialty cocktail (a Sapphire Spritz made with vodka)....realized later that almost everyone else was ordering their drink through the Sapphire website (accessible by scanning a table specific QR code), getting it hand delivered right to their table. Delivery to table is a great feature of this lounge, differentiating it from competitors like Centurion and Sky Club. Once lunch opened up, more menu items became available, including a Sapphire Burger with Fries, with a decent ability to customize. My wife and I ended up separately ordering a burger and fries, and I got their two local beers on tap: TALEA Beer Co. Watermelon Splash Sour Ale and a Coney Island Brewing Co. Mermaid Pilsner. Everything got delivered per order in decent time, and the waiter was pleasant about it. The beers were great, and the burger was good quality...would have perfectly satisfied with the dish at a burger restaurant. The fries were decent, too. There is a self-service soda machine on the premise. I did try checking out the washrooms, and saw that there just isn't that many stalls for a lounge this size. After finishing our beers, we left the lounge in plenty of time to mosey to our departing gate. By the time we left, there was a line that had formed outside the lounge to get in...so they must use a strict queue to maintain the amount of people at the lounge to be under the maximum seating. That being said, I recognize that much of the experience depended on the lounge not being packed, so we got lucky (coming on a Thursday just before lunch started and leaving a bit after noon). I've read that Chase will be changing admission rules. Today, any PP member can enter the lounge once a year. Starting August 15, only members with an eligible card (like the CSR) will be able to enter. Can't wait when they open the new Sapphire Lounge (scheduled for late this year) at LAX! Might make me reconsider maintaining my Delta Reserve AMEX card.

I had to wait five minutes in line to enter the waitlist which itself took another 45 minutes. people were sitting outside the lounge waiting for their turn which didn't feel very premium. inside the lounge was very crowded and the attendant had difficulty finding me a spot, but I was able to spot an empty seat for myself. the food was really good, but that was about it for the lackluster "premium" experience. dont go to this lounge in the afternoons because it's too crowded and it's a hassle to come all the way to terminal 4 just for this lounge since you have to go through security again. there is no pathway or air train that connects the terminals on the secured side. there was a bar where I've seen great reviews on but I only had 10 minutes because I needed to leave to re clear security at the other terminal my flight departed from. Part of the reason for the lackluster experience is that this is a lounge ran by Ethiad that contracts for chase sapphire reserve. Ethiad customers have no waitlist. And if you are normal priority pass you have no chance making it in on the afternoons. Expect to get turned away aa I saw some people were. The lounge was pretty and aesthetically pleasing though.

It often has a line to get in. This new lounge is much smaller but very nicely designed. There are different kinds of seating and it was relatively empty when I went- I believe not everyone knows about the lounge yet. The food was the same basic food as the larger lounge in B but it does not have all the extras, such as a live pasta station or a Nathan's hotdog stand. So if you're needing more peace and quiet, this is the place to be. It has a beautiful central bar and plenty of complimentary drink choices. They even have Starbucks on tap here! I'm really pleased to have this new lounge which is far more peaceful and relaxed.
