I first contacted Eduardo for a bath tub faucet pressure issue. He came at the appointed time to check it out. After checking the pipes, other faucets around the house, he determined we have to replace the faucet. Gave me specific information on what kind to buy. Called AES and spoke to Eduardo. We set up an appointment to install an outside kitchen clean out access, and also snake the line to clear a slow running kitchen drain. He arrived on time, and was able to complete the work within a few hours. Some stucco had to be removed at the location of the clean out, but he was very neat ant tidy, and said he would repair the stucco after installing the clean out. The stucco repair was great! I had another slow drain in a different part of the house, that he was able to clear quickly through a roof vent, rather than disconnecting inside drain, which was very smart, and it did the trick. Eduardo is a good guy, does good quality work, and is very communicative and responsive to what you need. AES is as good as it gets, honest, reliable, knowledgeable and cost is fairly reasonable. I would definitely call Eduardo for all of your plumbing needs. I will definitely be calling him again for all of my plumbing needs! We had a leak in our closet and my boyfriend recommended Eduardo. Our entire carpet was soaked and spreading pretty fast. We called him and he showed up that same day and located the leak within a couple of minutes. He showed up ready to work and very determined to get the job done. He went above and beyond, by protecting our floors and laying paper down so they can walk on, to vacuuming constantly so that there is no dust. My biggest worry was time and that's not an issue for him he's super fast, super professional and very clean. It was close to 6 pm and he kindly stopped by my place after his regular work hours around 8 pm. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix and he came back the following day in uniform and fixed the leak. The gas company had turned off our gas service due to a leak in our gas pipe. I was desperately in need of a plumber that would be willing to help us out IMMEDIATELY. This guy is a total BS'er has has absolutely no idea what he is doing! Do not waste your money on him. I am certain most of these reviews are here because he will give you a "truck discount" if you agree to write a review on Yelp. We had him come out to repair a toilet initially. He had installed it crooked & it was leaking a little, but we needed a few other minor plumbing things fixed, so when he came back, we expected him to correct his problem. He offered some lame excuse as to why it was crooked and said it wasn't leaking. He literally made everything that he touched here worse and once again had excuses for everything once I contacted him after. I should never have had him come back. I just had another plumbing company come out to fix everything, including our toilet. They said he definitely did do it correctly and we are lucky that we fixed the leak before it caused more damage. Our new plumber is a local family run operation. I will gladly refer hard working competent plumbers, but stay away from this guy unless you want to waste your money! read more
