From the moment you walk in and meet Brittany and Bonnie, you feel right at home. Then meet Doctor White, and you know you have found the right place. Never do they overbook or have to wait hours in the waiting room (even though it's lovely and you want to), and if you decide to get yourself a drink from the refrigerator. (a superb selection also), you are escorted in; when you have an issue, they get in right away. You know you never have to worry about being told you have cavities when you don't, being given x-rays when you don't need them. If you want a second opinion, they send you to where they send their family members. When you wish to speak about the other doctor's response, they are 100% on board and very open, and it's like being with your family. Fortunately, We found them several years ago, and I have never looked back. They have treated my aunt, my daughter, my son, and myself. You never have to doubt what they say. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. If you can call them, I would do so immediately and stop looking. There's no one better for you or your family. My suggestion for any patient going to Dr. White for first-time for consultation is to request in writing the consultation fee. When I spoke on the phone with Brittany K. she said the consultation fee was free. After 2 months I got a bill for $150 for Dr. White's consultation. Brittany K. explained it was not free. Free only if moving forward with Dr. White. Office has 'hidden' consultation fees. read more

A friend recommended Dr. White after my longtime dentist retired. I have an irrational fear of the dentist so finding an office I am comfortable with is important to me. My first visit was a consultation and cleaning. Based on the business name Dr. White specializes in aesthetic dentistry. Thankfully, I don't need any cosmetic or corrective work at this time. Since my first visit I've have a couple other cleanings and did need a minor repair on a crown. The whole staff is great Always friendly and pleasant. read more

Just wanted to the office today first visit. Very pleased with Dr. White. Brittany front desk assistant was wonderful on the phone and in assisting me in getting an appointment with the doctor. Previously went to another medical office here in Las Vegas where the dentist indicated that I needed a crown for the tooth that my filling had partially come out. Dr. White educated me about my teeth and explained that the tooth in question was in great condition then explained that I was only in need of a composite filling. I followed Melinda here when my last Dr. closed her practice to move to another state. I have never been more at ease at a dentist's office than this one. The staff are great and Dr. White is by far the best dentist I've had. I love how they show you pictures of your teeth in the big screen tv so you can see for yourself what needs to be done and why. Melinda and Jenn (hygienist) are excellent with my little girls who usually are with me during my visits. My previous dentists ended up not moving and reopened her practice, but I'm very happy with Dr. White. read more

This place is absolutely wonderful and I can't say enough good things about it. And I'm referring to everyone, the receptionist, the hygienist, the dentist, etc.. Every single person there has been nothing short of incredibly friendly and helpful. I truly hate going to the dentist, have had a phobia since childhood. But had to go because of a toothache and I was long overdue for a cleaning. Underwent a semi deep-cleaning, hoping that will help ease the tooth problem because we think it's actually a gum problem, and it was the easiest dental procedure I ever remember having. The hygienist was super friendly and warm and she worked quickly so it was over much sooner than I expected. They do also have tv's if you like something to stare at as a distraction while they work on you. My father came along for moral support and by the time we left, he was convinced to make Aestethic Dentistry his dentist as well because of how nice they were! Think my mom will probably do the same after hearing my positive experience. The office is small but very modern, clean and nice and I didn't wait more than 5 minutes any of the times I was in the waiting room (and the first time I was even about an hour early, they still got me right in). Dr. White took plenty of time to explain his thoughts about my situation and what he wanted to do for a treatment plan and he explained it simply, in a way that was clear. And he very was nice about it all, not pushy or cold, as most dentists seem. Needless to say, I've definitely found my dentist here in Vegas. I was a patient of Dr. whites for quite a few years. I have not been to see him in a while because my insurance changed. I received a phone call a few weeks ago from a office clerk by the name of Brittany, I was 9 1/2 months pregnant. She told me I had a balance of $44 from a visit to the doctor. I went and saw him because one of the teeth he worked on was extremely infected. He told me he couldn't help me and sent me on my way. I went to another dentist and had it pulled. Brittany argued with me and told me I had to pay the office for that visit. I explained the situation to her she did not case and refused to let me talk to the doctor or anyone else. I went into labor and haven't heard anything. My baby is three weeks old. I received a call from a collection agency saying I owed $230 something dollars to Dr. White. I immediately called the dentist and got Brittany on the phone again.... fabulous. She began to tell me again I wasn't allowed to speak to anyone but her and that I needed to pay the balance because she sent it to collections almost like she was taunting me. This is a terrible office and Brittany is one of the worst office admin workers I have ever dealt with. I had slot of work done on my teeth there. I paid a lot of money to this office to be sent away for one of the teeth he worked on then to be treated this way is inexcusable. DON'T go to Dr. White's office unless you want your teeth screwed up along with a imaginary balance being sent to collections. If Dr. White was smart he would fire this person from his office to save his reputation read more
