I came here in June with my mom for birthday pedicures and the service was amazing! I loved it. Few weeks later, my mom realized during her pedicure, her nail ned has been bruised and when I got home, I realized she didn't do a whole lot to make my feet feel smooth... didn't really appreciate that but whatever. Fast forward to October... I came in to get a full set for my homecoming. I brought my friend and between the two of us, it took over two hours to finish our nails. When I told her that I didn't like the way the glitter was coming out, she yelled at me for not telling her sooner (I did it right as she did). The finished product was okay, but they weren't even, they were crooked, she had gotten the acrylic on my cuticles and they were overall just messy. Upon further inspection, there were random bubbles in the acrylic, a fiber from eitner my sweater or hers... I mentioned it but she just shrugged it off and acted like she didn't hear me. A day later, my friend found a bubble in hers that actually popped and peeled. It's been a week and mine are beginning to peel and my white tips are yellowing. I will not be returning... read more

I absolutely love this salon! I made an appointment for 9:30 am last Thursday the day before and it was totally a breeze. I'm not sure if she takes walk ins but she's not super busy so I'm sure calling an hour ahead of time would be sufficient. I decided to go here to mix it up after going to TSpa for my last two sets and I'm glad I did. The salon itself is INCREDIBLY CLEAN, down to her using a new nail buffer block, and getting all of my bits directly out of sanitizer. Her bedside manner is great and she's super funny and talkative. She was fast, efficient, and clean and left my cuticles alone which is huge for me (I'm a chronic biter so I'm very picky about my cuticles.) Definitely coming back when I return to Olympia for next year of school. read more

My husband treated me with a day jam packed of salon appointments and he found this gem and booked me an appointment. Tia was sooo nice and professional and down to earth. When I arrived, she greeted me by name. Such a nice personal touch. I loved getting to know her as she pampered me with the best pedicure and manicure! The space is spotless. Tia pulled out all clean tools. I love when sanitation is clearly a priority in a salon-it makes me feel safe. It is appointment only, so call ahead and plan for it. I was looking for a pedicure while running errands in West Olympia and found this place. It was very clean and my pedicure was wonderful....until later that day when the side of my big toe started to hurt. It became red and swollen by the next day. Now two days later it is more painful, red and swollen and I was just able to squeeze some pus out of it. I've never had a problem with a pedicure before, and now it seems like I'm developing an infection. Soaking in peroxide and warm water hoping I can avoid a doctor visit and antibiotics. Not what I was hoping to come away with from my pedicure. I know it could just be a fluke and her instruments appeared to be clean as she took them from autoclave packages. I'm not sure if I'll be able to give this place another try.... read more

Wow ! After googling nearby nail salons ...My bestie and I were looking for a place on New Year's Eve, so we obviously understood if the workers were booked. Went in with my mom for a mani pedi. Very nice ladies and clean, however quality was lacking for the price. My toe nail polish smudged as she put my shoe on right after polishing it. Then when I pointed it out, she painted a different color on the toenail. During the manicure, after filing all my nails and doing gel polish, my nails weren't cleaned out underneath and my skin was painted also. Halfway through the manicure, the technicians stood up and appeared to be in a hurry, so she was doing my nails standing. Wayyyy too much of my cuticles were cut, and she managed to cut my finger with a tool, no way near my nail. Again, very clean and nice, but not too happy with the quality for the price we paid, and because my skin had gel on it, my nail now is chipped two days later. I really was hoping for a really good experience, so far haven't found that in Oly:( read more
