As physicist by education, I can say that his office has most modern optical instruments. I got perfect vision and stopped feeling any pain on the same day! My recovery time was just a couple of days compared to 6 weeks recovery from other cataract surgery with the other doctor. The surgery was not done right leaving me with no lens and damage to my Iris. I had surgery at a site in Clarkston but the surgery didn't work out. I heard Dr Vrabec say three times that "I don't know if I can do this." How ever he tried to push a lens in damaging my Iris. I went to Corwell Hospital Eye Insitute and Dr Gupta fixed the damage and put in a lens. Dr Vrabec will give his usual excuse and blame the patient but this will be determined by a malpractice law suit.

They gave explanations with confirmed explanations established by the previous care provider. It is totally assuring. The doctors on the other hand ( not the primary surgeon) were not as kind as the nursing staff. There was a feeling of not working in the desired position or venue or simply in need of better bedside manners. They could be kinder and less condescending. They were professional nonetheless. The aftercare was superior as well. This was not an institutional experience like corporate hospitals are but very appropriately sized for out patient care. Parking and building are adequate and clean for its purpose.

Two hours is a long time to wait and you are instructed not to leave while the person you are waiting for is in surgery. Just a suggestion.

The adjustment was done and out I walked. Sometime later my wife told me that I had an indentation on each side of my head where the arms of the frames went. My glasses kept slipping and they were very uncomfortable. I went back for another adjustment and Michelle was working. Bottom line. The previous "adjustment" damaged the frame and Michelle replaced the frame and fit them perfectly to my head. I will keep going there but will make sure Michelle is working when I go.
