Dr Santos is one of the gentlest dentist I have ever encountered. I went to see her for a tooth extraction and was expecting it to be very uncomfortable and possibly painful. I was wrong. I didn't even feel the needle with the numbing agent going into my gums nor did I have any pain or discomfort while the tooth was being extracted. I have been taking my kids here for like 8 years. It's always a good experience from the front desk check in to the hygienist to interactions with Dr. Santos. I trust this office to be honest. They have never upsold me on something we do not need. At one point they stopped taking my insurance so I stopped going and had to find another dentist who did. That dentist was fine up until recently they said I needed all this work done. I decided to come back to Dr. Santos and get my teeth cleaned and a second opinion. It turns out the other dentist straight up lied and I don't need that extra dental work. So even without dental insurance I would rather come see Dr. Santos and her team because I can trust them.
