    The good: Reasonable prices, friendly technicians, were able to be booked on short notice…read more The bad: I caught a mistake myself that would have caused some drywall damage if I didn't convince/ show them before the left. In summary, my laundry room was recently painted and the dryer vent ducting came out of the back of the machine. I tried to fix it myself but when I pushed the machine back against the wall the duct kept coming off. Unfortunately I found this out by leaking a whole dryer load worth of hot air into my house (fortunately we have an electric dryer so it wasn't bad fumes). Anyways, I yelped around to find a good local company, and strawberry appliance was able to make it out within a few hours. The guys were friendly, replaced the duct from the wall to the machine with a more pliable one so that would stop coming undone, and all this went well. The issue was the connection on the opposite side of the wall had come undone from the work they did, so essentially all the hot air wouldn't have ducted directly outside. I'm sure this would have caused some moisture issues, and I would have expected them to check that before they wrapped up, but they appreciated me catching it and were able to quickly and easily fix it. Overall I would use them again, but would keep an eye out as they haven't fully gotten my trust yet due to the one mistake on the one time they came out.

However, I was leery about using them based on old reviews posted here on Yelp. But, since it's nearly impossible to get a refrigerator in less than 3-4 months, I thought I would check it out. The salesman, Jose (aka Cowboy Joe) was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He recommended a few options but I stuck with the fridge I had in mind before going there. He helped us find the appliance I wanted at a great price and it was set to be delivered 2 days later. After I left, I decided to look at the reviews on the fridge I ordered and got frantic. The model I wanted has serious problems with the ice maker and in-door water. The problem is well documented in various review resources. I even talked to a salesman at Best Buy to confirm the problem. We drove back to Appliance Outlet to figure out what to do. Cowboy Joe greeted us and asked how he could help. I explained my concerns about my purchase. He explained that some people did have problems with an older model of that ice maker but it has since been rectified. I also brought up my concerns about the warranty department complaints on their Yelp reviews. He assured me that he would work with me to get a solution if I did have a problem. He also offered other options to replace the fridge I bought with a different model. I should have trusted his recommendation in the first place because that is what we ultimately went with. My fridge was delivered today in perfect condition. I'm very happy so far. The other thing I appreciated was that Jose explained how the 120 day no finance charge's terms work. He was very clear about needing it paid off in that time and what would happen if it wasn't paid off as I plan. I'm grateful for his honesty and integrity. Thanks Cowboy Joe!!! I'll update my review if anything changes.

Este se dañó de un momento a otro Llamé a reportar el daño a appliance pero se demoraron en contestar 3 días Y cuando contestaron su respuesta fue que tenía que pagar el técnico. Cuando me la ofrecieron la vendedora Yaneth me había dicho que me cubría la garantía de ellos mismos durante un año en compresor, y cualquier parte dañada que no fuera a pagar más garantías ni la de la financiera . Al ver que esto no era justo llame directamente a Samsung, pero oh sorpresa me dicen que esta nevera no tenía garantía porque son saldos que venden de productos defectuosos a empresas que las arreglan y venden, entonces no me iban a cubrir la garantía. Quede en shock porque la consultora Yaneth me la vendió como una nevera nueva. Al ver mi frustración accedí a pagar $107 a appliance outlet para que el técnico fuera a revisar la nevera este fue y me dijo que la computadora central se había dañado que ellos no le iban a cubrir que debía yo pagar. NO PIERDA SU DINERO EN UNA NEVERA USADA DE MÁS DE 1300 dólares que se la venden como nueva
