When we got it back, the door didn't open, the window didn't open, the door panel was missing bolts so you can lift on it, the amount of bondo and missing body lines was so bad, they ruined the headliner and on top of that they got mad when we confronted them in front of customers and kicked us out. When I went back they had the cops waiting for me and when I went in I got kicked out it before even getting to talk to the manager. We went above them and started a dispute and got the money back since it was absolutely all of their fault and crappy business practice. You'd be better off spray painting your car in the back yard than taking it to these hacks. Avoid Bruce's like the flu!

Rarely is the phone answered, and my insurance company and I would have to call repeatedly, sometimes 5 times in a day before the phone would get answered. Hire some receptionist help and you all will be great. The shop did excellent work. My car looks brand new. It is immaculate, and runs beautifully. You can't even tell the car was in an accident. My POC, Lawrence, was very communicative, timely, reassuring, helpful, and went out of his way to keep me updated, sending pictures of the progress and detailed emails. If you have been in an accident, and understand you need realistic expectations of how long it takes to repair, this place is fine. Their customer service is excellent, and as far as I can tell, the work is superior.

He cannot/will not fix the issue with my car making noise after body work he did. He's claimed twice to have fixed it and even the employee behind the counter came out and saw it was not sealed properly. I have no idea if he will ever fix it or make it right. He yelled at me on the phone and acted like he was doing me a favor by looking at it again. I am concerned now what state my car will be in when I do get it back. I should get a refund for this tragedy in customer service and a timely fix to this headache that won't go away. Shame on him and his way of conducting himself and business under the name of Maaco.
